Blockchains tend to favor either Proof-of-work networks or Proof-of-stake networks. Pulsar favors both. Our objective is to encourage the continuation of the proof-of-stake concepts while allowing for users that favor proof-of-work to continue their mining endeavors. Pulsar will not be available for mining with ASICs. Mining with ASICs is the biggest downside to the mining community, affecting the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems greatly. While the pulsar network is just the beginning, our ambitious team is designing what will become the Pulsar Exchange.

Our goal with Pulsar Network is to create one of the safest places to transact, purchase, or sell cryptocurrencies and crypto related data. We'd love to invite any and all Crypto / Blockchain enthusiasts & Investors to transact and mine our coin!

Because if this objective will not materialize, I don't see any outstanding feature of your coin. Just the same with thousands of alts that are now barely surviving in exchanges.

It seems that your coin is similar to the way coins were launched way back 2014/2015. Your whitepaper is 6 pages and full of flaws that raises more questions than it answers. The environment has moved on to provide new rich-in-functionality platforms eg DEFI. Perhaps you should look into providing more value and functionality than just mining and listing on an exchange like the old days. If you keep on the current track and plan there is a high risk that your coin will just be pumped and dumped.

Definitely it does raise alarm bells. What lifted my eyebrows was Pulsar Exchange. Everyone knows u do not have the capacity to pull that out as u got no coders nor intelligence to put it together on ur own. The exchange proposed in the OP is nothing but a token factory whereby trading of user issued tokens can be possible but is never gonna be live since it exists only in ur head.

Hmmmm.. actually my first impression when this was announced was that it reminded me of a project ncalled Cryptic coin followed by Snowflake who both have planned for their own exchange. Be cautious
