What are your plans for the 2022 crypto market?

It is really not easy to make plans these years. I know that I am not the only one, but I had a few added extra bad periods, and I have to say that we are living probably in one of the worst periods of modern world. Obviously 100+ years ago there was a world war while without having much technology, and the Spanish flu as well, so it was similar and yet worse.

However, even with all that has happened in the past 20+ years, even 40 or so years, I could easily say that we never had a potential of global pandemic for years on top of a world war three situation at the same time. I mean we had some "scares" but not these huge two things back to back. To consider that we could make "plans" for 2022 is beyond my mind for now.

I agree with you mate, this time is really not easy to make plans, we're just starting out the year, the covid virus may hopefully gone away but hence there is another distress that happening that everyone is concerned about if ever this war between Russia and Ukraine may go that far what would be the possible economic effect would it bring to every country economy. There are some speculations that this may affect the stock market and even the crypto market, so with that being said I just don't have any idea what would I do rather than holding my current assets present in my portfolio.

I think that it is clear the correction is upon us.

Right now, you just need to ensure that you preserve your capital and you don't make any over-leveraged moves that wipe you out in the bear market.

Historically, 2 years after the halving is going to see a very bearish market outlook and I think that is what we're seeing right now. The conflicts happening geopolitically certainly doesn't help, and the Fed tapering as well.

My plan for 2022 is. I am waiting for bitcoin price $30k. then i will buy some bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB. and i will never sell These coin Until then Bitcoin will exceed 120,000 USD. be patient holding it in the long term. In contrast to altcoins, where only a few altcoins are viable for long-term investment. That's the reason
why my altcoins allocation is not more than Bitcoin. Because I don't want my capital to be stuck in altcoins a lot. As we know some altcoins are
indeed difficult to recover, so always be careful when choosing altcoins for investment.

That's pretty good but on the other hand you can pay it in installments too because even bitcoin is now quite cheap and has even reached $35k several times I think it's a good thing to pay it off instead of waiting for $30k at once.
I think this will still happen with the current market which is still not stable and now the political upheaval is still happening, resulting in an increasingly uncertain market so as long as you can buy and hold your assets I think this can happen

There is no plan whatsoever, I am a trader I will always follow the market situation no matter the dump or pump we just need to enter the right time and the entry price according to the analysis. The price of bitcoin looks going up if the chart looking is zoomed but if looking at it on a daily basis, there goes the huge difference from it. As for altcoin investments, some have the strategy of looking to the newest because they know how to get in and out there.

Since all markets are down and we don't have many investment opportunities due to lower capital, I prefer investing in the small marketcap altcoins. Finding gem altcoins is not going to be easy as expected but there are several options to increase chances, finding the right tools will take time. The current year looks like will be bearish for the crypto world, I can wait a few more months before investing more in the altcoin portfolio.

I also do the same with you, the market is currently in a downward stage and I try to take advantage of the current decline by buying altcoins that have strong fundamentals such as BSC and ETH coins by buying them on every decline, because I believe this coin can give me greater returns in the future when the market has recovered.

Ethereum is a good choice but what about BSC? are you sure this will be the other option? why not instead BNB than that BSC? Am not sure on that one but at least consider good project instead .

and also Since there has been good coins advantage why not then Buy Bitcoin also .

and another one that i bought? it is RIPPLE of course with so much lowering now I believe that this is the best added currency for my folio.

My point is market is going downtrend and it is possible that crash will go much below from now because world are not stable at present, war and more tension going through system. I wait for time to make some good entries when market will at last bottom point. It is up to you when market will returns to take entry. I clearly think market will not going to positive mode until world goes into peace so not to take entry now. May be much better entry later. Thank you

The first step I will take is to remain positive regardless of market movements. Of course continue to trade with analysis so as not to get trapped. If crypto prices decline and enter the bearish season, of course this will not happen suddenly, there will be a several support level that must be broken first.
This will create an opportunity for us to seek profit or as a reference to re-enter the market after a price decline occurs. We can start buying activities in an effort to get stock back for us to sell later when prices rise again.

My funds have sunk so deep at the end of the season 2021, there are not many things and options for me to choose from other than considering DCA and Hold for the most part this year. The market is in a more positive atmosphere, but it is not "justified" simply by geopolitical issues related to Ukraine, for example. Humm, I sympathize with you because I am in the same situation.  My very good altcoins have been falling since December but its recovery is very likely.  I have Sov dca from 28 -> 4$ now, PYR from 34 -> 12, but I'm not much worried because altcoins will come back strong when bitcoin has a beat off the $46k threshold and is at a safe level.

It will never happen mate sorry because altcoins will not having good bounce this year unless Bitcoin made its road high but looking at the market behavior nowadays?
there is nothing that shows there will be an increase in the sooner days.

Be careful with such a strict HODL strategy, especially with (low cap) altcoins. If you look at the charts of 2018, in the beginning of the year also many people waited for new highs just to look at a steady downtrend and accumulating >90% losses at the end of the year. Diversification is key in such a market.
