Hi people i play at stake almost 2 years with no problems sometimes big sometimes small
I play on provider of them on live blackjack on evolution game,my total balance was low 44$ so i do bet 22$ that if i want to double or take insurance i can
Now on the table near my name you see chips with 22$ but on total bet they charge me on 44$ the game start dealer got ace i got 20 i can't do insurance beacuse they charge me 44$ that's all the balnt i had dealer got blackjack,now its only 44$ but fuck i am right and i hate when player right and casino disrespect player, evolution they thief they say i bet on 44$ even i have screen shot that show 22$ but i reat disappointed from stake no help no nothing thanks god its 44$ but still i am  very upset on this situation,this the screen shot name joni

What did the support say when you tried to ask for their help? I doubt they'd ignore you unless you did something like spamming their support tickets or maybe their queue is just backed up.

So when you tried to hit then it ended up as a double down on their end but at the same time, the hit button is also beside the double down button. Anyway, I hope you get your money back since it's indeed frustrating when you experience those kinds of errors.

Firstly, it is not the proper way to accuse someone.

This is not new, in online casinos, we are often after problems and post in forum when we failed to get a proper solution. And we got a quick solution through the forum representative.

So if I get this right, stake is providing their platform for games under evolution gaming, OP made a bet but the one that proceeded was a mistake, and now stake doesn't (or can't) do anything about it since the provider themselves said OP indeed made the bet and that they have no responsibility am I right? Idk about their TOS but you can probably check it out and see whether issues with the games of providers would fall under their jurisdiction? Cause if not, then they indeed have no responsibility for it. If so, then you can post that as additional proof for your accusation.

Maybe try to instead ask how you could ask for a refund via the provider? Idk much about these so I might be wrong.

There will be X2 icon next to his table name if ever he click  that which is not visible. There's no way for OP to make decision since the dealer open card is Ace which means insurance will gonna popup first before the decision making of player for next move. I agree that this is really a bug on the evolution gaming side. I hope that you can provide your bet history screenshot to verify this matter.

You can check on your bet history if you really bet 44$ or not. I experience this kind of display error too when I'm playing in mobile with normal speed of internet. Maybe you really x2 your bet before the close that result to display glitch. Actually the Casino will just redirect you to evolution gaming since its there game. The casino is just listing live casino provider in there website and made a cut on the profit. Sadly it's very hard to contest an issue against there live games because they will just redirect you to both parties involve until you get tired or give you an unfair answer.

I think I have had that experience in the past.
So at that time, I played slots and tried to increase the bet from $0.1 to $0.2 but because my internet has a bit of error, I did not realize that I clicked the mouse twice or a third time so the result is I use the bet amount for $0.4 or $0.5.
That makes me sad because I can actually use that amount for playing 2-3 times, but because of the error from the internet, I use it at once.

Stake is a reputable website and is really well-known. Despite that, I still see several posts regarding complaints, issues, and concerns that I believe are normal to encounter on every platform. It would just depend on how the website would resolve and address your concerns. The process, resolution time, and way for them to attend to the issues at hand are the differences. I suggest you provide all the evidence needed to support your claims. Every accusation has to be backed up with proof most especially that we are talking about a reputable site.

Did you already try to reach them out? If so, what is their response to your concern? If they did acknowledge the issue you are experiencing, write down as well their proposed resolution to it. Although if your complaint really goes against their terms and conditions, then you will have no match because it is your fault that you made the bet. Just check their ToS first and lookup if ever you made a violation or not. If there is none and you know it to yourself that the error is on their end, post a thread in the scams and accusations board together with all your collected evidence. Try to reach out to the provider as well to check if they could take action about it.

You already got your proof and if stake says you need to handle it with Evolution Gaming then you need to send it to them and not anymore to Stake. The question right now is how you'll get a proper request to Evolution and hope Stake.com gives you a hint for that, huge casinos like them aren't that always active on support requests but try to always reaching out to them and be courteous I guess on what you asked to them.

So you were able to talk to them no? Then that means that you should show them the proof, and talk it out with them, that's it. Now if they refuse to acknowledge (if whatever you're saying is true), then just post an official scam accusation, preferably with better proof than an sc of the table, probably something like a bet history instead, or maybe a video proof if you were able to record it. Honestly stake isn't an issue here, it seems like they already said they have no responsibility for it. Talk with Evolution gaming instead of stake, stake is pretty much is out of this.

Do you bet on Blackjack on the Stake.com site by means of a Blackjack Multiplier called Lightning Evolution, your case is almost the same as the Multiplier betting system, that's my guess.

Because you don't show pictures of the game until the end, so it's a little difficult to say who is wrong and who is right.
A little advice for you, if you bet Lightning Evolution.
You have to prove to them that you have the highest score in the Multipliers game that you beat the dealer's score, usually they put a score of 21, if you fail it doesn't exceed 21 it means you lose.

Stake is a trusted casino site and I do think that if there is any problem from their side they will strive to resolve it since it's highly unlikely that they would put their whole site at a risk for 22$. I do think you should collect the necessary evidence again and at the same time you have to see your history and what you did. If you were following the rules of the game as well. If you contact the customer support just like that they won't be able to help you, you have to take a lot of evidence and present your case in a professional manner. You cannot just post a SC. So there is some sort of some visual bug on which in users end do shows 22 but  the platform did really made out 44? Op wont really be making out complaints or fight for his rights if he was able to bet
