Stake is a trusted casino site and I do think that if there is any problem from their side they will strive to resolve it since it's highly unlikely that they would put their whole site at a risk for 22$. I do think you should collect the necessary evidence again and at the same time you have to see your history and what you did. If you were following the rules of the game as well. If you contact the customer support just like that they won't be able to help you, you have to take a lot of evidence and present your case in a professional manner. You cannot just post a SC. You have to understand that the game was live and therefore it might be hard to do so. I hope you find your solution fast! Best of luck. If not then you can always message them on board.

I dont like live table games and I have never tried the game as mentioned by OP. Is that a multihand blackjack games where you can bet several hands in a round. I see there are 2 $22 in the screenshot. 1 which is above your username and the other one in the left side. Is the other one yours too? Someone mentioned about visual bug previously, I dont think it is visual bug. Afaik Evolution is a well popular provider for such live table games, so it is nearly impossible if they have visual bug as I believe they would have tried their games first for such small bug.

True indeed. It is either a bug on display or op didn't noticed that when you bet then it would multiplied by 2 which $22 x 2 is $44. Ruining reputation would make the site go down since the gamblers stop trusting the site. I checked the image provided by op and I saw that the total amount that op bet is $44 and not $22 then the balance left is $1.84 so, it's not $22 as op complaining. Well op, it's not that you can't live without $44 dollars and better read the rules and policies before playing the game.

I am not surprised about that because that is normal in businesses and happens in many things offline and online. Maybe Stake.com gets attacks from their competitor or other things or maybe because of something error on the Stake website itself.

He should give the support and staff time to check it and clarify to @OP and hopefully, the case will close and clear for both sides. But I've got a strong feeling that it is because of an error from his devices that makes him bet 2x from his bet. I mean, you can look he wants to bet $22 but the fact, his bet place $44 and that means, he doubles his bet and suddenly, he loses that money and complains why that can happen.

If you have evidence of this you can raise a scam accusation against this forum member so the community is alerted of this alleged behavior, after all if this is the case then it becomes way more difficult to believe his story as the credibility of someone willing to steal so much money from others will be very low, and as such unless extraordinaire evidence is shown then we have no reason to believe the story we are told by him.

^ This is what I have noticed too, they had different issues that we have seen recently and I don't know if the player's fault or the casino which is I think there is need clarifications. I don't want to call them a theft because I have been there once gambling in their casino and so far I did not encounter such a problem, probably there is a misunderstanding here. If OP has good valid proof which is the right thing to accuse them, just open a thread on the scam accusation, and probably they will respond too and depend on their side.

That would be a big problem, whoever considers the case is removed from the full details and is going to give a response based on the recorded logs.   It has to be arguable or repeatable as a bug or its not likely to make much headway as a complaint.   I'am quite paranoid about these things but even just for my own records I would prefer to stream my games so I can go back and check for sure what the heck just happened there;  I would advise that for most people to improve clarity for both sides in this.

Unfortunately these sort of extremely rare glitches can and do happen, it's just especially painful when you are playing with real money on a low budget. Unless you happened to have screen monitoring software that was recording what was happening at the time to prove that it was a glitch in the game, you are unlikely to get any support back from them. The best thing to do is just move on and avoid playing that particular game in future. If you complain and enough other people have a similar bug happening (not sure how many people are betting $22 at a time), then it's possible that they could refund you if a bug was later found in the game. Don't assume they are thieves but they are definitely responsible for their software having glitches and they should investigate thoroughly.

There's no point on continue playing in that site, continuing could mean much further losses in the future. Having no active customer service or the support doesn't even reply that fast means that they are poorly running gambling site, which is a sign that they could do a lot of unexpected things that players won't like. Even if it is a small money, if OP would continue to deposit to it, eventually he will lose more than what he can think of.

I don't think it makes sense for a casino as well-known as Stake to cheat its user for $22. They have a good reputation and there must be some kind of mistake. The player could have accidentally pressed the wrong button without even noticing it. If it was a bug on the gambling site, we would have heard about such situations more than once. The stake team is quit active on the forum and we can expect that they will respond to clear this thing out but it would be better if the complain is posted on the stake's own thread so that they can know it easily and I do not think they have enough time to scan every edge of the forum just to respond to the issues with their casino not unless if there are concerned users that will ping them about the issue.

In the meantime they OP might want to slow down. Wait for further clarifications before he finally create a scam accusation. The OP had their own proof posted in the first page though I did not check that out, I do not know if that's valid or not.

There should have hundred or thousands complaints in this forum. You should prove what you say about how the support try to help you for your case. There should have hundred or thousands complaints in this forum. You should prove what you say about how the support try to help you for your case. Stake is popular and we know that but this isnt something perfect on which they could able to get rid or able to have that perfect situation where issues like this wouldnt exist.
For sure there will and they had might able to have some but doesnt mean that they wouldnt really be putting up some care with that and wont get resolved.It is just there
might be some delays or particular reasons on why they havent able to have some response on particular conditions.So i dont have any doubts when it comes to

^ Definitely right and you have a good point there, I think they will not scam that very tiny amount for them, $22 is almost nothing for them and I think they will not scam that small amount. There could be many factors that happen and I think calling them a thief is not necessary because you are not proven yet. So for now, the best thing that you can do OP is approached them nicely reading your issues, I don't think they will not listen to you in that way but there's nothing wrong if you will try them.
