I received an offer last week from binance to my email address after i registered on their website on that offer they were saying after completing the documents verification of my account i will receive a 10USDT cashback voucher. Well i did verify and uploaded my documents but i didn't get any voucher so i decided to contact their online support. They asked me to verify my address as well but i wasn't able to because they didn't let me upload any more documents. Then they said you gonna wait 7 days and your bonus. And now it's been a week and i didn't receive anything from them. So should i contact them again?

The only one who can help you on this is binance, you definitely should contact them.

Honestly, their support service has become lousy. I would recommend talking with 2-3 agents before calling it a day. Judging from your conversation with them, it doesn't look like the support agent knows whether the address verification was also a prerequisite...

It seems it's related to Binance future you can get the welcome bonus of 10USDT if you deposit a 10 USDT to Binance future.

Have you read the terms carefully from the email you received? Maybe you missed something that is why you didn't receive the 10USDT welcome bonus?

Yeah they didn't make any announcement for this bonus or reward except an email that they send for new registered users. They didn't mention anything extra than getting your account verified so I'm not sure if i should do something else to receive my premised reward or it should be all manually and they verify before giving us the 10USDT

Not aware that much about the offer but it's not literally 10 USDT that will reflect in your account. It's a cashback voucher.

Seems legit. Just continue contacting them if you haven't received it yet after a supposed week they stated before.

Have you checked into the rewards center section, because there has been explained that $10 in the form of vouchers and you must check and claim in the rewards center, if it has been more than 7 days, you can contact them again

You have been given a good answer which is very correct, it is binance that said you will be given $10 if you verify your account, if you have not being given, that means you will have to contact their customer service again, but you were told to wait for 7 days, then wait, after 7 days, contact binance customer service again about it. You must be referring to Binance's savings trial fund voucher. I'm not sure, but I also got an email from Binance a few months ago offering 500 BUSD savings trial fund voucher if I verify my account. If I'm not mistaken, this was offered during their implementation of compulsory intermediate KYC verification for everyone. This must be their way of enticing users to undergo KYC.

I didn't mind the offer. Had it been real 500 BUSD withdrawable upon KYC approval, I would have thought twice. But the word trial was the key. I dismissed it right away. My account was then limited to transact withdrawals and cancellation of orders. I'm not using Binance anymore.

Yes of course 7 days already passed and i didn't receive the reward. I checked the reward center and i didn't find that specific 10USDT reward. So i contacted the support once again. And they explained that this offers is limited for few participants only and I'm not one of them. I don't see why i received the promotional email in the first place. even if you activate it, you need to do made enough trades to be able to use this voucher. it is also time-limited, so he would have to trade probably in the next 7-14 days.

The email which you receive from Binance is an automated generic message to all new unverified accounts, obviously with a limited claiming period ^{7 days}. the purpose is just to make it easier for people to decide on verification and passing KYC.
Just think about how much it will cost them if they really decide to giveaway to each user 10USDT. they have tens of millions of users.

All those "free" money are bullshit. They were advertising that you'll get 500BUSD if you go trough the KYC verification, of course with a small text below it says that you can use those 500 BUSD only for staking for 7 days. LOL. So you stake them for no matter what % BUSD had at that time and you get like 1-2$ bonus. Then those 500 are gone. So basically selling your data for 2$.
Sorry but I call all this free money bullshit!

Thank you for resuming everything to me. Yeah it's was all like a trick just to join them and verifying the accounts over something close to be fake. And sure they want just give 10USDT for each user it's not affordable but at least they shouldn't teich their clients. For such a big platform as binance they should use this kind of silly tricks.

Lol... that is exactly what made me go with it and try to see if they are really serious about the offer knowing it's coming from a big platform such as binance you want question if it's suspicious or not. I guess the 10$ burger was just a silly offer

Binance does offer such promotions to new clients I received that email too but the promotion expired before I noticed the email, I think the email always drops some hours after you create an account on binance but it comes with an expiration date say 2 or 3 days at most.

They are offering this kind of cashback voucher even on long time user. I always receive this kind of by just trading a minimum amount of volume during the promo week. This voucher is only applicable for trading fee so you can't receive the USDT on your wallet and cash out it.

Maybe you guys don't read the description of the voucher. It's still useless if you are not trading regularly or in large volume to fully used it within the valid date of usage.

Wondering how greedy we are, providing personal documents even for $10 only since creating accounts wasn't necessary. Don't forget mail would be spoofed and make sure you are visiting real apps or websites. You can check the reward section if there is any voucher. Otherwise, no one could help you. Read the requirements to get the voucher if it's real. I am not familiar with their voucher offer since my account is verified.

If that email comes from Binance, you should double check the header of the email because you will see many emails telling you about receiving a free bonus from them. You should check the email address and compare it to the email address from the Binance official so you know if that email is really coming from Binance.

Sometimes, Binance gives a bonus to their members but with terms and conditions and mostly, they give that to participate in their presale, trading contest, or something like that.
