Hi I've got an Antminer S9 Hydro 18 TH/S that has a hashrate average below 14 TH/S, I'm mining on slushpool, below captures with Miner Overview and Miner status:

Please anyideas that what Can I do?

You have one dead hash board.

Your asic chip count is 162 pcs., but it should be 216 pcs.

Or possible the hashboard is not connected properly check the cable/wire on the missing hashboard and try to replug them and test it again.

I would like to suggest you if you want to get more insight into your problem you can share the kernel logs here just copy them and paste them here and don't forget to put the logs inside the code tag. Or if you have a limit you can paste them to pastebin.com and share the URL here.

Have you recently flashed your miner with different firmware?

I never seen a s9 hydro kernel logs yet but it seems that your unit have different firmware according to this logs

I bought this s9 hydro used, When I was configuring it in slushpool it didn't want to mine, so I upgraded the firmeware, Please Which is the correct fireware to download it? If you can send download link

Sorry  BitMaxz, I had not seen the download link you sent me, that download link is the same I used for downloading s9 hydro firmware

The link you provided is the right firmware for S9 hydro. Would you mind checking the kernel logs for changes after you flash it?

If it doesn't show any changes can you try to flash it through an SD card before you flash it again with the default firmware? It helps to refresh your miner.
