As I try to connect my wallet, Only Solana and Ethereum is available for wallet connection there's an NFT available on different blockchain like BSC and Polygon. How can we get the nft from other Blockchain if the specific wallet for that chain is not available.

Mobile is fine, I use alpha wallet myself, when you connect using wallet connect option it will let you select which chain you want to connect with.
You go to explore page, choose campaign and do tasks mentioned, for example you complete the snapfingers dao tasks, for this timeframe is 48 hrs, so you do tasks and come back in 2 days, campaign page will show you blue 'claim' button where you claim the nfts.
