You are right, here's my suggestion but I am not sure if this is good. Maybe all users who have managed to wager a certain amount maybe $200 could get the free bonus but I think it is similar to wagering requirements but I think that is good so the real players are the one who will receive rewards and even if they create new account they need to wager again too but still you should restrict user that will create alt account to abuse bonus as much as possible.

They will just need to apply some temporary lock of funds to those user that managed to claim  the bonus by completing there requirements. There's no need to sacrifice anything because some big Casino don't requires wagering requirements while they are still manage caught those promotion abusers by just investigating carefully the account involved.

What happens is that there are many users who defend their privacy and anonymity, just the fact of meeting KYC requirements is already somewhat cumbersome, because very few people like to give their data, and false data is not good to give because if it has arrived In case you want to make a large money withdrawal, one more KYC test can be required and if they don't match they can even ban an account, then it is sometimes preferable to have a high wagering on the bonuses than to comply with KYC, at least I see that it's better that way. This is what I understand what you mean right? However when compared to other casinos, this can be a great strategy instead of requesting a KYC, although there are many licenses that due to regulations require KYC, I don't know how tolerance can be in these cases, but it could be considered.

I personally feel that the best way to promote yourself would be to find your best suite, the one that didn't get feedback.
