I've worked as a copywriter for over 10 years on a huge range of different projects, from books and white papers to film scripts, blog posts and web articles. Since learning about Bitcoin I've written literally tens of thousands of words on various aspects of the ecosystem: exchanges and trading, mining, economics, reviews of services, wallets and storage, and much more.

From the experience I see, 10 years may be qualified for you to hire those users, but it's up to you to choose, the advice above is also ok.

I am pretty sure finding a crypto copywriter for PayPal payments would be hard on the forum because of the dispute system. You may offer crypto to get a crypto copywriter from the forum. If in case you failed to find someone as like you want then you may look on marketplaces. Fiverr would be a good choice since you are willing to pay through PayPal. Just find someone who has good reviews. There is no risk as well, I suggest some of my clients do so.

In case you need a more variety – you can search on upwork and other freelance website – but that would be more costly when it would come to coins and currencies. Finding a good writer is a very hard task too, as everyone is writer these days..

Although, it might not be cost effective at the moment for major crypts. Still, payment in Crypto might be the right way to go for freelance jobs. Paypal could be used as fail-safe, just in case but Crypto would never fail .
