It depends on your tokenomics, the supply of your token has a factor on how much it will be for your ICO or IDO.

Well, for you developers, it's very easy to say that you should choose the best price at the highest so that you can also make money from it. Whether you have high price or low.

example like roadmap, use case, tokenomic, whitepaper, total supply of coin and much more but usually ico price is below 1$ you can take a look on different launchpad

Actually depends on the token supply whether its 10$ or $0.0001 as long as the tokenomics matches its purposes. You cant price $10 with a super duper huge supply that could not work and fits on the pricing. It should be balance so the prices will compliment with the market if its gonna be open for trading and other use case of the tokens.
