Username: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=782329Hacking time: Less than 2 hours ago My account was hacked by someone less than 2 hours ago. Hackers change passwords and emails at the same time. I got 2 notification emails from the forum after hackers changed the account email and password. Is there a solution to restore it? I currently have the option to lock this account via the link the forum sent to my email. But I don't know how the next process will be because all the bitcoin addresses that I have used I can't access. Do you have a solution for me? https://i.ibb.co/L8HJVSX/emailforum.jpg

I am surprised that your account woke up on February 6th, 2022, you have not been active since the beginning of June 2018, I hope this is not a bought or sold account. Did you sign a message with you Bitcoin address on this forum? Or any address you have used before in a campaign. Then, you can follow this: Recovering hacked/lost accounts

Lock the account. It's surely better than allowing the hacker to use the account. If you can't sign message from a bitcoin addresses you have used before, it would be difficult to recover your account. I'm not sure, but since you still have access to the original email address, the recovery team may accept your request.

Is there a solution to restore it? Yes, just follow instructions in the link Charles-Tim has shared I currently have the option to lock this account via the link the forum sent to my email.
You can lock it for now it avoid the hacker from using the account But I don't know how the next process will be because all the bitcoin addresses that I have used I can't access. Do you have a solution for me?
Please look for an old Bitcoin address of yours you have ever posted in this forum and sign a message. It's one of the best ways of proving ownership of the account

That's right, I woke up on February 6th after a long period of inactivity. I changed my password on the same day for security reasons after a long period of inactivity. You might be able to notice it in bpip.
I've used several wallets, but now I can't access any of them because my phone has been broken for a long time. I only have the email I used when registering this account to the forum, this is probably the only option I have at the moment as I can't access the wallet.
Is there any other way to recover it? I hope someone can help.

I doubt if that option will still work, the email and password have been successfully switched, that will be impossible to change now. If you can't prove ownership of a single address than I have the reason to suspect anything you say now, especially when we know that account woke up after years of inactivity. Can you still speak Indonesian language like before or have your knowledge of that language suddenly changed during this time?

Plot 1: It seems like that- Firstly, you bought the account from a seller. (Inactive from 2018) Account sellers sell this type of account mostly.
Secondly, After buying account, seller had changed account password and set a new email. ( Only 2 mail on your mail list)
Thirdly, you thought that changing password is everything but you forgot to change the password of email and account. ( Seller knew)
Lastly, seller have recovered his/her account.
NB: It's my thinking only. Don't be serious.
Plot 2: If you're a legit owner of this account then lock the account and follow official procedures.
Show any strong prove that might help you.

I doubt if that option will still work, the email and password have been successfully switched, that will be impossible to change now. It works. right, I have used it. But I have deleted it from my post history. I can no longer access the wallet because the phone I used to download the wallet was broken for a long time. I can't possibly get it again, and I don't think it happened like this. Can you still speak Indonesian language like before or have your knowledge of that language suddenly changed during this time? Yes, I'm Indonesian. I speak Indonesian.

Click on the lock button so the hacker cannot continue to access your account. After you lock the account, you can contact the email address referenced in this thread. You can explain the situation. They will likely ask you a number of questions regarding your activity. You can explain why you are unable to produce a signed message from an old address, and they may or may not recover the account for you based on the information you provide. This is the best you can do. Doing the above will result in the hacker being unable to do any damage with your account.

I've used several wallets, but now I can't access any of them because my phone has been broken for a long time. You mean you don't have any single private key or seed phrase of the addresses you used in the past? What you did was a bad practice, my friend. You always must back up your addresses outside your device. I only have the email I used when registering this account to the forum, this is probably the only option I have at the moment as I can't access the wallet.
Is there any other way to recover it? I hope someone can help. The original email address alone could help but I can't guarantee. I also never had a staked address when my account was hacked but managed to get it recovered. You can also try your luck. Here was my experience - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5099552.msg49313923#msg49313923The proof of addresses gives you higher chances of recovering your account, though.

Sorry for all the rioting. I actually made a huge mistake for my account which I ended up locking the same day to prevent abuse.
Looks like someone managed to figure out my account password when I brought the laptop in for service a few days after I woke up. I saved the password in the browser and maybe this is the reason why this account was hacked. I don't know what other reasons I can come up with at this point because to be honest I'm still the same person behind this account.
It's very unfair to accuse me of selling or compromising this account with someone else and I'm not selling it. I registered the same email for a blockchain wallet but the problem is that I forgot the password and didn't back up the data. This is a big mistake that I did even though the email I use is still the same but still I can't recover it.
I have sent 2 help emails to the admin to recover the account. But so far no response has been received. Should I wait longer?

Do any of the addresses you posted before come from that blockchain wallet? If yes, try to remember the password or brute-force it. Then you will be able to sign a message and recover your account. If no, even if you find the password associated with your blockchain wallet, it can't help you recover your bitcointalk account.

I can still hope the admin can help me with this. I don't want to lose my legitimate account and so far the only proof is the registration email I have.
I didn't expect it to be this complicated, I can't prove anything about the old wallet because my phone was broken for a long time and nothing of value was there. I forgot all my wallet credentials because I don't have anything of value there and having another wallet is easier than having to keep it for years.
Hope admin can solve my problem. That email is the only hope at this point.

It gets complicated if you can't prove that it's your account. The best way to do so is by signing message, as you have already been told. If the emails you have sent haven't been replied, then you have to wait for a couple of weeks. If there is no response by then... Your luck in recovering the account might be so low.

I hope you mean that you are sending emails to the address listed in this thread. Emails sent to that address go to a vendor that helps with account recoveries. I believe they should at least respond to you, although I am unsure if they will actually be able to help you. In the meantime, I would suggest that you start using a new account.

If that's the case, you can go back to your laptop repair shop and ask if they have shuffled your account. If you believe they did it or the hack occurred while your laptop was being repaired, you can actually hold the repair shop accountable because they have ventured into your privacy. Recovering the account with email in this case the chances are low. If it turns out that the hacker managed to get all your credentials stored on the laptop including the private keys of your previous addresses, you are nothing in this case and can't claim the account.

I don't know what country you're from, but I doubt anyone would admit to breaking in. OP, you ignored my question. There is an address of wallets to which tokens were thrown off. There's a pretty decent amount. Did you lose it all, using only one phone? How many accounts did you have? What happened to your farm? The first thing that is welcomed on the forum is the truth. But you didn't start with her. 1JXRXEo8TwRnV5cf88CP36PyojhdcpAMof https://etherscan.io/tokentxns?a=0x51789F81CE815119e41aBB66704766A4Fa08289A&p=3

I doubt the repair shop will own up to any wrong doing if they actually did it. My dear, I checked the Bitcoin address you put out there and discovered that last transaction in it was on 2017/01/04. Except there's something I missed there with the date? I'm wondering if that wasn't old enough for someone to have lost access to their wallet seedphrases or log in details? At least Bitcoin wasn't that popular then to encourage most people to take it seriously. I'm not saying OP was the original owner or not. I'm simply saying that we should give them the benefit of the doubt and encourage them to bring up any other evidence they can lay their hands on in order to reclaim the said hacked account. What OP needs now is our sympathy and encouragement.
