I hope that if that will be a tight regulation for crypto. Crypto didn't need a strict regulation but I'm thinking about this regulation will be focusing into the centralized entity in the crypto like exchange site but this may not remove the possibility for the regulators to issue regulation for the dapps as well. This is a big problem when the regulation will be a very strict regulation. I hope that the regulation will be easily accepted by the crypto users or US may not become crypto house again. It's hard to believe but this will be also determining the future of crypto.
We can't also deny the fact that decentralization will also become the main concern especially for the token/asset issuance.

In my own opinion, I think we may experience a short-term pullback before we can go back up again to new heights. I know that there will be a manipulation activity by the whales before, during or after the EO was released.

That’s just my opinion of course. We just don’t know what the future holds because it’s unpredictable.

With the CBDC trying their hands on making the digital coins, feds are more or less gonna have bigger influence on the presidential orders next week. Well I am no big fan of US politics but as they say it’s same everywhere in the world and I think they will try a diplomatic orders for sure. I think they are also planning to follow the planning Russia which they did in the favor of crypto. I know that they will not impose a full ban on it and will follow the same module which the Russians are following that they may start accepting it but will impose a tax on it.

In tes of price movement nothing much.  The price should have this information baked into the price already.  The market should continue to drop though.  As far as regulation, they want over sight of both the exchanges and the companies that use it as payment.  In essence they want more tax money.

Honestly, from what I gathered it wasn't really a bad thing. They do not have a federal rule for now, they have rules on each state but not a federal one and they will need to create one since it is getting so much popular. However, it doesn't look like a bad one neither, not like they are going to suddenly ban it, it looks like they are going to even support it.

CBDC is the key point here, he wants one to help ease the financial troubles and that means if he wants to do a CBDC then he needs to keep it crystal clear that crypto is fine. You can't just ban other cryptos and create your own CBDC, that would be like banning cows but allowing milk production, makes no sense.

Probably, that will be the last option to happen. For now, the US government is only concern on regulating digital assets hoping that it would bring more money on the country.  Nothing more than that, as they are only concern on how they can take advantage on the current trend by not banning it but regulating it so they can have more control of its coming income. But hopefully, crypto adoption will be more possible in the following years.
