Why I can't access a casino while my country isn't got blacklisted?

What I'd rather do if the ISP is the ones blocking my access to the favourite gambling website that I would always love to visit and play is to try another ISP. If still the same, I would try another unit or another mobile.
If that's really the case, then there's nothing much the OP can do but to use VPN. It's most unfortunate If that specific gambling website prohibits the use of VPN. You might not want to risk lossing your money for breaking TOS.

This is possible. It may not be the casino that's blocking the access but it's the ISP that blocks it. I have experienced this with some websites, they're not banned on my country and the country isn't banned from that website.
But upon accessing, it's the ISP that blocks the access. So Op is should just test where the cause of the problem is. If it's not the fault of the casino and your country is good with it then ask the providers or have a reset first and test if your dynamic ip will do.

But more than likely, it may be his ISP as he is not included in the blacklisted country of the site.
He needs to clarify things first before pushing himself to use the site.
Because he may just lose his funds if he will try to play on the casino that he likes via VPN.

We really never know until he confirmed it, we offered a lot of solutions already on how to solve his issue, he should not hurry to sign up and play there's an existing thread here that violated the TOS of the gambling, and his funds are locked and he is totally aware of his violation, you'll regret this later if you did not first confirm first, I prefer asking support it's better to get the answer straight from the casino.

I don't think any casino would encourage you to use a VPN since all of them have similar rules where they have to block certain countries due to their laws. I'm not sure if this is true but, I remember hearing from a couple of gamblers who mentioned that the support suggested using a VPN. On the other hand, there are casinos that are lenient when it comes to using VPNs but it's not guaranteed that your account will be safe though I remember Bitedge's thread when he tried to experiment with the usage of VPNs from different casinos.

Definitely all ISPs in Malaysia prohibit online casinos because the government regulates it, it's just that not all casino platforms have been blacklisted (especially new casinos) so you can still access. Reference sources regarding your country's online casino rules say:

I appreciated your effort and yeah I'm from Malaysia, to be honest online gambling is legal here... But since the majority of citizens is Muslim, it's cause taboo to gambling. There's no official law about online gambling here, I'd say it's either grey area or legal.

Okay, so the problem is from my ISP... To everyone who suggesting about to contact the provider, I don't think they will fix that for me. The thing is ISP blacklisting those websites is from government or institutions, they have 100% power here.

The thing you can do related to your case is try to use a VPN, but you should ask the casino whether they allow you to use a VPN with doing KYC or just use VPN. It matters because you want to prevent something bad as you do not use your own IP since your ISP blacklist the site.

As far as I know, if you have dynamic IP and you reset your modem, your IP will change to another IP but the site or your ISP will know that you want to access the gambling site. So in this matter, you still need to use VPN. I suggest you use a premium VPN to get many IPs from many countries. But you should not change your IP when you already or register on one casino with that IP because the casino can be suspicious with your account.

I think is not safety when accessing gambling site using VPN, ever I did it on Stake.com site my account got banned with reason as change IP, just lucky with my account without fund and now still looking with gambling site support without have to use VPN. I think your recommended is good but now all gambling site think we can access to their gambling site without any trouble but keep take safety without use PN if still have way for access to gambling site, but if not better looking for gambling site without got blacklist.

Yeah I also saw it in another source (written 4 years ago) about online gambling policy that it is not against the law. But still, the Malaysian government is trying to block casino sites that are none other than (technically) by cooperating with existing ISPs.

You’re technically not breaking any Malaysian laws if you gamble online, because most, if not all online gambling sites are hosted in other countries. The Home Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, said in 2017 that the Malaysian government is trying to set up preventative measures against online gambling.

Actually what yuo should think more about is whether your country is blacklisted. Because your deposited funds will be fully controlled by that platform. Even if you are forced to use a VPN, I don't think the casino will have a problem with it as long as you are ready at all times with a KYC request as proof of your citizenship.

I wish the name of the gambling site was included but was not mentuined in the OP and I have not seen anything like that on this thread, but according to the terms and conditions of almost all the gambling sites I have used, VPN is not allowed. He can contact the customer care of the betting site to be certain if VPN is allowed or not.

This is easy to say than done, because of gambling, someone should move to another country? What if the person is having job, family and career in his country? I do not think moving to another country because of gambling is something to be considered.

Usually, this is due to a problem with your internet connection or because your ISP has blocked it. This is also true for other websites; if your ISP blocks them, you have no choice but to use a VPN or try using the DNS method, which is not a VPN and therefore does not violate the rules; you simply set it up in your computer and use the Google dns. However, if the casino blocks your IP address, you will need to use a virtual private network (VPN). As many suggested it's either in your ISP or the casino itself banned your country from accessing it. While I believe that somehow banning an IP address on a specific place is also possible but no matter where their ban focused you can't still access to their site.

Using VPN would be the best choice here but just like what OP said, it might break their rules hence, it's not advisable since it might lead to banning your IP on their casino. The other choices you have left is to move on and find a new one, it's not your loss if you find a new one.

This depends upon several factors but what most have mentioned, it may have something to do with your Internet Service Provider.

Generally, some ISPs have the authority to block certain websites if they are mandated by law (e.g. certain porn websites, etc.). If that were the case, you may check several online gambling websites since I somehow doubt that they can block all of these websites. Since you also mentioned that you want to avoid using any VPNs, then I suggest contacting your ISP and ask them directly about it.

Maybe some casinos will have no problem seeing their members using a VPN, but perhaps they will ask their members to access their site using a real IP to know if we are using a VPN. Therefore, it is better to ask customer service about using a VPN on their site so that we are not considered violating their terms. Besides, I'm sure they'll find out if we have multiple accounts, so it's pointless.

In our country, being jailed for using marijuana is nonbailable. That simply means that each casino site could create its own rules and we have no choice but to obey them. If using VPN is against their TOS, they look for casino sites that you could freely access in your country. There are lots of reputable casinos that aren't strict when it comes to the location.

Which casinos I'm referring to are Stake, Roobet, Duelbits, BK8, Playbetr and betcoin.
Reputable casinos wont suspect you for doing multi account just because you are using VPN.

Its been ages on which some people do really make use of VPN on trying out to access a particular site that they do like, doesnt matter if its a gambling site or other as long they could able to access it out then
people would just commonly make use of VPN.They are aware of the risk on getting banned or block once you do get caught but still decided to continue despite of those risk.

Even myself do make use of VPN for sometime whenever i do get blocked or restricted but i do badly need to access it then i dont really be having
any options but on this one.
