I did a little research and collected interesting statistics on crypto casinos in infographics. It might be interesting for someone to take a look.

A by-product of this research is a table that collects all crypto casinos by name, year, as well as all altcoins available in these casinos. I would like to add other useful information to this table, so let me know if you would like to see some more information there.

The table - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GqMmEUYmmOisgtP625e9LfJIp6nVqXujHa3SdIeclNY/

I check the Infographic and its interesting especially if you will provide a source on each major event that you indicated on the timeline on the page of your Infographics. I'm here in Bitcointalk for a long time but I didn't most of that major event which I really want to read from a reliable source. Since you are the owner of the website, please put your Infographics directly here by just cropping it in parts then upload it on imgur to copy the image BBCode individually.

Your thread will be interesting if all the details in your Infographic is visible already here rather than visiting your website which is very laggy to scroll down.

I agree with Coin_trader. Interesting insight, but a point form would be better for some of us since the banner is pretty lengthy and large.

Just curious, how long did it take for you to come out with them figures?

A very nice list of casinos. I wonder how you collected all this information because if you did it manually, it must have taken an enormous amount of time.  Shocked

Interesting information for me is the year of the casinos creation, from your spreadsheet. It can be concluded that every year more and more cryptocurrency casinos appear on the market, which means that the market is constantly developing and it is a clear sign that the next ATH (and not only one) still ahead of us.  Cool

Wow I didn't expect Doge to be under 50%. I thought it would be the same or slightly higher than LTC usage because of the cheap transaction fees and increased popularity throughout the years. Maybe centralized casinos find it harder to set up their wallet. XRP at 28% was a surprise as well.

Infographics are a very good way to explain any subject and you have done it great in the Crypto casinos industry using an infographic, It sums up everything we've achieved since 2011, the number of casinos that appeared each year is very interesting 2021 so far is the highest and it will keep improving because the Crypto casino industry is a growing industry, no wonder the top casinos are spending more to keep the big slice.

Excellent work! Infographics is a great way to spread information across the board. I have one additional request for you.

As yoi have mentioned that 51% of crypto casinos have valid gambling license, I want to see a full list of those casinos. Is that something can be done by you? Just a simple table would do.

Even though gambling license doesn't matter a lot into crypto gambling field,  but it's definitely an additional parameter that generates trust! So looking forward to hear from you.

You can resize the image using this BBCode command [img width=xx height=xx] to adjust the size to your desired visibility. It's much better to browse here in the forum compared to the website since the website response is so slow when I scroll the picture from top to bottom.

You can implement too the idea of @UserU to make your thread is more informative. Most of the user here preferred to have the source of each event on your research for verification of all the facts you stated on your Infographic. There's a lot of potential improvements for data on your idea so you really did a good job on this one.

Nice work, its good to see the trend of crypto gambling and i can say that many came into this market to offer crypto gambling, no wonder why there's a lot of gamblers here. I'm curios if those are all legit projects or the fake one are also included on the charts.

Good to know that half of those site have their valid license which is very important for every site, this can be a big help to attract more players since many see this as their assurance that the project is legit, and ok to put money on that site. I wish to see this thread updated from time to time, I know this is a big work but it can help a lot of people here for sure.

As per the chart, they only included the active site during the year so technically if they exit late on that year they are still on that chart.

The infographics are very clear, we can really understand the evolution of crypto gambling, such a great innovation under blockchain technology.

I saw major coins on most of the site, no wonder Bitcoin still lead as the best option followed by ETH. Most probably we can see more projects this year since there's a lot of big investors are coming in and they are really interesting to crypto gambling, there's a huge market for this.

Interesting data, Alex. It's super interesting to see how far the crypto gambling space has evolved since 2011 - In 2022, crypto gambling is bigger than it used to be.  remember when I join the forum early several years ago and how the concept using Directbet. ( which is now closed by the way). The concept of gambling with crypto has grown. I was just getting started then so it was kinda hard to find reputable sites for gambling and fees too had to be considered.

once again, Thank you @alex for the awesome work.

2015 we've seen the decline of the new casinos launching but expecting I guess considering it's a bear market during that period though I haven't been in the space yet. But even during the 2018 bear market we've seen it to keep on boosting, perhaps casinos are in-demand and profitable business. I wonder if you could make a timeline of those crypto casinos that experience hacks before?

It is actually very interesting to see that during 2015 (the time where BTC was first starting to boom), people already considered gambling with it. I guess, gambling takes various forms and as long as a mode of currency is available then it would be wagered.

I tried accessing the first BTC casino (e.g. switchpoker.com, etc.) but it seems that their domain has been sold/expired. I wonder how many gambling casinos are still ongoing despite all the crashes, hacks, and problems they have encountered throughout the years.

in the research, I've used only casinos that are operating at the moment (138 sites). You can find the Google Sheet table with all the active casinos (the link in the 1st post)

This is really interesting, I didn't know that anonibet was one of the first casino that accepts cryptocurrency the way you design and compile and create it in infographic is really interesting if it was a pure text I doubt that I will find it interesting to read. It's nice to see how gambling site grows along with the provably fair, license and many more. I was thinking what other things that will be added in the future.

Maybe you could add info like which was the first one who added metamask to login or added NFT games on their gambling site I already see 2 gambling sites that added NFT to their gambling site maybe this could be a new one from this 2020 timeline? Many gambling sites are upgrading some started from casino and add sports bet and now they add NFT and integration of metamask.

Amazing work. You deserve a merit for this post. I can barely remember JustDice. Now checked it again and yes I wasn't wrong. It is probably the first crypto casino that came up with its own shitcoin (CLAM) and they still operate on this domain.

https://just-dice.com/

I forgot what was the reason for this decision (moving from btc to clam) but people talked about this a lot when it happened.

At least by looking at our infographic it's easier to see it easily without having to open it one by one casino. This being an interesting collection of research, you must have spent a lot of time on this. To be honest, I'm the kind of person who doesn't make much of a choice with this large number of casinos, so allow me to Bookmark because infographics like this one will be sorely needed whenever needed.

Yes those are helpful but I think it's worth the history as well on those casinos that has been hacked, those who are still operating and not even on those issues they've had in the past.

Infographics could really deliver out that kind of feat on which you could easily understand and able to picture out.As seeing this crypto gambling industry is really on ascending manner which means

that interest and demand do really increase year by year even though there are  some slight decline on 2020 but it did have some bounceback on 2021 and I wont be surprised if in 2022
there would be still that rise in overall. Speaking on that google docs @OP, you should at least try to compress those cells specially on coins accepted on which it could be seen directly
without needing to scrolling on right or totally write them all in one cell.

this is indeed great for those who want to learn about the use case of crypto in the gambling industry. where it all began, the pioneers and the long surviving casinos.

however, based from the excel list, are all those casinos still active today? the data shows the year they were launched but we don't know if they are still active in the gambling business. that's a long list but in this forum, we can only count the real active casinos.

This is a great infographic! It really puts things into perspective.

I have a few questions, though. Did you only consider casinos that have an ANN topic on bitcointalk forum or did you use other data sources? How do you differentiate between crypto casinos and online casinos that accept crypto payments?

Excellent work! Infographics is a great way to spread information across the board. I have one additional request for you.

As yoi have mentioned that 51% of crypto casinos have valid gambling license, I want to see a full list of those casinos. Is that something can be done by you? Just a simple table would do.

Even though gambling license doesn't matter a lot into crypto gambling field,  but it's definitely an additional parameter that generates trust! So looking forward to hear from you.

Mahdirakib has compiled a list of all casinos that have gambling licenses in this topic:
Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements

Nice and interesting stats about crypto casinos! Excellent work, I like how it all looks, I always like to read fun stats and facts! I guess all these stats show how crypto gambling is still at the beginning, 2020 over 100 active crypto casinos, and just 3% of online casinos position themselves as crypto casinos... I bet that number will be doubled in the next 5 years, or maybe it can happen faster?!

So that means, only 3% of crypto casinos as considered by them has valid license? That's pretty low IMO considering the number of active casinos is only +100.

Anyway, good stuff though. While there are already lots of them, as you can see those ANN threads on this section, you can see that what really shine are those who have unique look, games and not so complicated terms i.e. kyc related. Let see how much more casino will pop in the next few months.

Wow I didn't expect Doge to be under 50%. I thought it would be the same or slightly higher than LTC usage because of the cheap transaction fees and increased popularity throughout the years. Maybe centralized casinos find it harder to set up their wallet. XRP at 28% was a surprise as well.
I totally agree with you, while going through the info graphics, I thought I was the only one who noticed  Grin, good to know you noticed as well.
I expected dogecoin to the next after Ethereum maybe, but I am totally surprised that even (dead) bitcoin cash that no one talks about today, is more accepted than dogecoin, but I don't think it's issue with the wallet set up, because if other casinos have successfully implemented the dogecoin wallet, I believe the code should be easy for other casinos to copy, but anyways, that's there cup of tea.
And again, I expected ripple(xrp) to be far or a little below where it is hut all good.
I personally don't know how accurate this stats are or is but I must say kudos to op for such an informative post.

KYC is highly frowned upon which it isnt surprising for a community which do really much prefer on dealing with sites or platforms which doesnt ask KYC.

If they arent unlicensed but doesnt mean that they arent capable on giving out good service in the community but of course there would be still those possible risk ahead.
If you do mind off on dealing with licensed ones then its your choice but its not totally an issue honestly.

We have discovered through this Infographic that there is an ongoing online casino revolution in Cryptocurrency the Crypto casino based industry is growing fast and new innovation is being introduced every year, one noticeable growth are casinos with their own token that their players can collect and participate in their profit sharing, soon they will beat the fiat-based casinos, this infographic is a such a big help.
This so called infographic have simplified things the way they shared because text and image are now combined at once but even without this representation of the OP I think many of us already that there is a change in crypto gambling. We will notice it by our selves if we are constantly playing in crypto based casinos.

There are casinos that has their own tokens and offers features that different from a standard crypto casino but the number of them is not big enough but even if they will be the future of crypto gambling, I still don't believe that they will beat the fiat based casino. It is like your saying that crypto will overcome fiat but that also didn't happen.

^ In 5 years, I believed that it will belong in the infographic of the metaverse games.
Yes, the stats are very interesting and there is some information that I did not know just like the first user who used a provably fair algorithm here in the forum. In the improvement on this thread, I will expect that there are VR games that will be included.
However, I appreciate OPs work.

We all know that one of the first use cases of crypto is in the gambling industry. And now, it evolves and encompasses a lot in the market. To be honest, two of the oldest websites that I learned about how to use crypto are freebitco and primedice, and they happen to be gambling sites.  Grin Gambling is indeed an important part in the bitcoin adoption. And up until today, they are still conquering the market. Remember, during lockdown years (2020 & 2021), that's when online crypto casinos boomed their presence. As many people were stuck at their homes, gambling business was one of the businesses that survive and now they are expanding to metaverse realm.

Certain industries had been already conquered even though it is on a gradual phase manner but its good to look at that it is progressive which simply means that theres a demand
and recognition which is really great to look at.For sure it wont be only gaming and gambling industry would be touched out but also in other industries as well.
Although several applications might not really that needed or relevant but lets see on what the future holds like.

That's a pretty cool infographic.
The important data I want to know about is the actual number of active gamblers on all these crypto casinos.
Unfortunately,no crypto casino would give accurate data about the real number of active gamblers on the platform. They would most likely come up with fake and inflated numbers of active players.
The fact that 49% of the crypto casinos don't have a gambling license is also a big red flag.
Another interested info would the total amount of cryptocurrencies spent on cryptocurrency gambling during the years.I'm sure that it's impossible to reveal the real amount, but knowing about how big the crypto gambling industry actually is would have been great.

So in ten years, crypto gambling sites have been growing fast and now, we see many casinos uses crypto for gambling. Using crypto itself will give convenience to people as they do not have to verify their account with KYC and the good thing is the adoption process for people can run well.

With many trends that will happen to the crypto, it will trigger more casinos, especially new casinos, to involve deeper and invite more people to try the new experience from the casino.

This infographic is such a big help for those who will study the structure of Cryptocasinos it's easy to check the stat and the history if done in infographics, of all the industry in Cryptocurrency casinos are the fastest growing and it's one of the movers of Cryptocurrency adoption, it's nice to know that casinos with their own token are also growing we'll have more casino based token this year.

this is indeed great for those who want to learn about the use case of crypto in the gambling industry. where it all began, the pioneers and the long surviving casinos.

however, based from the excel list, are all those casinos still active today? the data shows the year they were launched but we don't know if they are still active in the gambling business. that's a long list but in this forum, we can only count the real active casinos.

Yes, all the casinos in the list are still active.

in the research, I've used only casinos that are operating at the moment (138 sites). You can find the Google Sheet table with all the active casinos (the link in the 1st post)

This is a great infographic! It really puts things into perspective.

I have a few questions, though. Did you only consider casinos that have an ANN topic on bitcointalk forum or did you use other data sources? How do you differentiate between crypto casinos and online casinos that accept crypto payments?

I considered a casino as a crypto one if they have only crypto payments, or they had only crypto payments first and then added fiat payment, or casinos that position themselves as crypto casinos (mention in in titles and allow use crypto as an account currency)

Guys, .....do you still remember when SatoshiDice was sold for 126,315 BTC, around $11.5 million at the time. (Now valued at about $4 837 000 000 at a price of $38 280 per coin.)  Roll Eyes

They regarded that as one of the largest Bitcoin transactions back in the day, so that made some history too.  Wink  (Make you wonder how many of those coins are still owned by the original owners)  Grin

Thank you OP, for taking the time to gather all that data to create a nice Infographic like that.

As we could notice, the gambling community is growing and improving each day. It simply means that blockchain technology has reached lots of milestones already which amazes us each day. The infographic is too impressive and Op seems to do a series of research to provide it. I believe that blockchain gambling could even reach more in the coming years.

Are you also surprised to learn the casino you kept playing since 2016 is not a licensed casino?
I have not experienced any hassle from them though.

Great job to OP. I'd like to see some for inforgraphics to some other companies built since the time BTC started.
Stats of exchanges or something like stats of fiat base casino that also started accepting crypto.

Just noticed this infographic and I was blown away by your effort op. You clearly did your research thoroughly since all the statistics that you presented seem accurate.

Never knew that Bitcasino(One of my favourite crypto gambling sites) was the first licensed crypto casino. Also, I am not surprised to see the rise in number of crypto gambling sites over the years for obvious reasons.

Looking back on those days, and sadly can't go back and expect more purchases. Ah damn it's been a long time and it once hit me so hard that I couldn't sleep when I thought of SatoshiDice.  Angry

The infographic that the OP made is enough to give us a little light so it's not difficult to find a list of casino lists we are looking for to do a comparison. Maybe if the OP added more infographics we would be very helpful.

Great job to OP. I'd like to see some for inforgraphics to some other companies built since the time BTC started.

Are you talking about freebitco here? Because that's one of the first gambling sites that I've played also.
I believe, freebitco earned their credibility by time. And they don't find a need to acquire gaming license up until now.
And yet, many players are still going to this site, getting free satoshis, playing WoF, joining the Lambo contest and many others.
This infographic also established the use case of crypto in the gambling industry as this industry is one of the pioneering applications of crypto.

I have only read about coins this is the fine representation and also for the newbies, very detailed and informative. But I agree with @coin_trader if you squeeze them a bit to one post it would look more interesting. Have that been for  a social media post that would be a very interesting posts in carousel posts. Very nicely put together. Are you working on more posts? Would love to see what’s coming next.

Ah, that explains it. I thought the total number was a bit low. I know for a fact that many online casinos that previously only accepted fiat are now accepting cryptocurrencies as well. With online gambling being so popular nowadays, it seems only natural that all providers in this space would want to take advantage of it.

Well done on this extremely detailed infographic.

It is clear that as time has moved on, there has been a rapid influx of new casinos.

I personally still stick to the old classics because they are simply much more trustworthy and have stood the test of time. A lot of people just throw their money at new casinos, but I think that it is incredibly risky to do so especially without the proper research going into it beforehand.

We've seen already some old or typical fiat casinos had made out some crypto integration which it isnt surprising for a business to adapt on what the current trend and they have seen that
there are some crypto gamblers who do really gamble heavily which means that they shouldnt really miss out those people and trying to get one.For those who are solely focused
on crypto casinos that we do have today then they are the ones who do really get much attention on this crypto space community and its evident.

When i join this crazy crypto world in 2014 i did it because the casinos used to give away money to the customers, the old and famous chat lotto was a thing. And for that time the licenses for the casinos was irrelevant, all the users used to make the same question:

Is this provably fair? and how can I verify my rolls?

Now is totally different, we see more users but none of them cares if the site is provably fair. they just focus on the license. So, we can see new casinos but at the same time we see new gamblers too.

Very interesting summary you made here, it looks very professional. Thank you for it. By looking through it I was very surprised. Some of the statistics are new to me. Especially that only 3% online casinos identify as crypto casinos. Somehow I thought that after the crypto rally from last year that we had many more crypto casinos. I know that all the big casinos from Las Vegas also operate online, but the huge rise of crypto casinos should match that. My own perception is probably skewed towards crypto casinos through this forum. Except for playing poker on some old school software, I would say that all my online gambling is done on crypto casinos.
What is a bit alarming to me is that only 51% of crypto casinos have a valid gambling licence. That number seems a bit low too. I would have expected the pressure from gamblers to be much higher on casinos to operate with a valid licence. Especially since online gambling licences can be obtained for around 10,000 USD from some tax haven countries. When choosing a casino I will always prefer to gamble on the one that has a licence, compared to another one.

Do not forget to mention KYC as this will be our concern to know if the gambling site does not require KYC or it will ask for KYC. We will love to see a crypto gambling site that does not require KYC and fortunately, we already have many of those. Besides that, in the last 2 years, the number of crypto gambling sites increased. They all offer different things for their customers, which can give us more convenience.
Well, then the question is, those gambling sites that do not require kyc right now, how long will they continue to operate without requiring kyc from its customers?, I personally think we shouldn't be so hard on gambling site that ask their customers for kyc verification, this is due to several reasons which sometimes, we the users fail to understand, alot of bad eggs in our society today use all means available to launder money and commit all sort of evil crimes, this set of individuals won't hesitate to make use of a gambling site to perpetrate their evil act if they find the opportunity, and most gambling sites requiring kyc verification from their customers today are only doing so to protect themselves and their customers from such kind of people, because at the end of it all, what ever happens or affects the gambling site affects the customers who have their money stored in the site too.

Didn't they become a BCH casino later on? I remember this casino somehow. The buyer was Roger V probably. (or someone very close to him) He must have thought that if he buys one of the OG casinos, he can raise the BCH adoption...

I just checked the domain, they indeed accept only BCH.

Last bet was 3 hours ago... Seems pretty dead. I don't know if he can sell it for a million USD nowadays...

The total number of casinos at international level that are starting to accept crypto is growing by the minute no doubt. There is a clear growth in the gambling industry in general and there is nothing that would deter a casino from accepting any type of currency including a range of cryptos. I think that the question now is much more about which cryptos will be accepted, that is, what type of stability in acceptance makes creating a payment gate worth the effort.

Technological innovations have had a significant impact on almost every sector around the world, and the casino industry is no exception. In a short period of time, the casino industry has adopted innovative technologies to offer players an immersive and flawless gaming experience. High-speed Internet and modern portable devices and smartphones have made casino games more accessible than ever before. Players can now enjoy their favorite casino games from their desktop or mobile device, anywhere, anytime; from the comfort of their own homes or while on the road. As new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality, as well as blockchain and digital currency are introduced, the gambling industry will undoubtedly undergo major changes in the near future. Casino industries in different parts of the world are already facing the impact of this paradigm shift, as players increasingly adopt and enjoy various online technologies, including cryptocurrencies.

Indeed you have provided us with a very entertaining and informative infographic with quite detailled stats. I think marketing experts all around the crypto sphere will love to take a look at this....

I am actually quite surprised to see a few things myself. Bitcoin cash being offered? Why exactly is this? I would not have thought there would be such a demand in gambling for something so low in demand in trading/investing. Sad

As for me, only small casinos may not use KYC. When they get a big money, they get a big responsibility for it. Even if we don`t talking about law problems, big casinos have a lot of controversial situations that can`t be solved without KYC. Blockchain is a good decision, but when you verified with your ID you have more arguments in some difficult situations.

I hope we have something like this every year not only in the gambling section but all the other sections of this forum that are Cryptocurrency related, we will advance our learning and newbies can easily grasp all that happened and the past and current stat, kudos to OP for coming up to something like this.
Without a doubt it was an interesting read and I hope something similar could be done about exchanges, after all if gambling is the second industry in terms of significance to this market, and without a doubt exchanges would be the number one and it would be interesting to know how they have evolved over the years as this market has gained more and more attention from the public in general and the amount of money invested in it has increased in such a significant manner.

When we consider which one is easier to operate between a casino and an exchange then the casino is by far the easier option and as such it makes more sense that we have so many casinos in the industry, however exchanges is where massive amounts of money are moving as the chances of becoming profitable with the markets are higher than by becoming a professional gambler, this attracts more people and more money as well, but unfortunately this also attracts more hackers, which is why we have seen so many hacks to exchanges over the years.

I think casino was more easy to manage and doesn't eye that much on the authorities like SEC, whereas it's a different thing among exchanges which are subject on that like Binance to name a few and even Uniswap which is a decentralized exchange. Risks to hackers will always be there but it's your take to upgrade your security, it's always a priority, a must.  Can't tell much about the difference on profit but I think casino is more manageable and not that costly if you'd the basic things to operate, just an opinion.

...
I don't think it's fair to compare casinos to exchanges. They are different industries and serve different purposes.
If we admit that there are more casinos than exchanges then it's not only because casinos are easier to operate, as you suggested but most likely because there is more room for competition in the gambling business. Besides, Traders usualy stick to one or two reputable exchanges while gambles gamble on different platforms because they have different promotions, contests...

OP, I believe gathering all this data and turning it into easy to read graphs took you a lot of time and effort. Kudos for that

Comparing about numbers then i could say that casinos is much more in numbers rather into those exchange platforms existing including those who had been standing as of today and to those who had
been died or hacked but speaking with volume or liquidity then nothing beats out these exchangers which we know that it is no doubt to be on top in terms of marketshare.
It is true that it would be good if we do able to see other infographics on related to exchanges which is similar to this to have at least on picturing out
on how far we had able to reach out.
Agree on this one when it comes to operational aspects and complexity of such business then we could say that handling out exchange is never been simplier compared when you are running on a casino.

Although both business could really generate big money neither on bank roll or cold storages but comparing users would be totally different too and its true that its evident because we've seen lots of
casinos/gambling sites compared to exchange platforms which do really prove out that kind of presumption.

Wow I didn't expect Doge to be under 50%. I thought it would be the same or slightly higher than LTC usage because of the cheap transaction fees and increased popularity throughout the years. Maybe centralized casinos find it harder to set up their wallet. XRP at 28% was a surprise as well.

And what I pointed out was that Binance Coin is accepted at such a small number of casinos. Looking at the charts you can get the impression that BNB is still taking more and more part of the ETH market. However, in the gambling industry, Ethereum (65%) is much more popular than Binance (19%). I wonder what is the reason of that..  Roll Eyes I mean why casinos are not interested in adopting BNB, after all transaction fees are extremely lower.

The research lets very clear bitcoin is hegemonic in crypto gambling. Actually, "bitcoin gambling" is a much stronger expression than "crypto gambling" when making reference to this industry. As we can see through the most popular keywords, there is no doubts bitcoin totally outstands, despite the complains of expensive transaction fees and for being too expensive itself. These statistics bring an interesting conclusion for those who despise and avoid bitcoin, imagining an altcoin or another is going to overcome the king of crypto universe's influence and price soon.

When we think about it it is not really that surprising, before the market of cryptocurrencies existed bitcoin was already here, basically it took some time for the first altcoin to be created and during that time bitcoin was the only cryptocurrency in existence, and when we take into account its dominance and the trust the community has in it then it is not surprising that people think of the gambling industry in this market as bitcoin casinos, even if some of them do not even accept bitcoin at all as a deposit option.

You would really expect some due changes whenever a new thing that do rise up or pop out in the market which business owners would really be taking that advantage for their benefit and we've seen crypto casinos are

growing in numbers as the years passing because they've seen that there's really some demand which could potentially adds up on overall revenue which it isnt really that surprising that they would really be following.
Basing off with numbers then we could really see the difference which does have some ascending behavior on overall existence of online casinos basing off with crypto.

With the many changes and the many concepts in casinos being introduced and happening every year, I hope OP can do this every year, and he can add more the better, with new one linking other past infographics, this is a good reference not only for players but gambling developers and operators as well, we need a well-informed developers, I have seen gaming operators just coming here not knowing about industry structure and how to promote their casino.

Really good to look at on someone who had been compiling some list of casinos existing year by year which we could really be having that basis whether this industry did improve
or simply been stagnant but in the infographics shows that there is really a demand which is a solid basis for casino owners would really make one in the future.
Hope that he would still make out some infographics on next year basing off on the difference within this year.

Timeline sources:
2011 Fist gambling website
As for the Provably Fair Algorithm, I've used Bitcointalk search and found first mentions of this algorithm in 2011

2014 - Just Dice first crowdfunded casino

Infographic source

Making an infographic is a great method to engage the users in reading and knowing more about the topic being presented. Personally, I like infographics because it is refreshing in the eyes and it basically contains almost every detail that you need in just a few words and images combined. It's good to see the timeline of bitcoin casino gambling platforms as well as the gradual increase rate of each and the cryptocurrency as well as time passes by. The number of casino being established each year goes up very well which means there would be more options for the players and competitions among the casino owners.

Overall, I commend you for coming with this idea. It pretty much sums up the things newbies and even those who are playing long enough want to know. If you are open to suggestions, I would really appreciate it and maybe others here in forum as well if you'll make another infographic about the percentage of the crypto casino statistics you put there. Surely, it would enlighten many people reading. Nonetheless, good job! Thanks for this contribution.

Sad
I think this information is somehow useful to casinos so that they could know what they are adding next to the list of there crypto deposite from users.

        -    Regarding that point, you are absolutely right, we used to only do physical gambling, well in fact, I never even experienced gambling in a land-based casino, I experienced another form of gambling and it was betting on the lottery and gambling in bingo games is what I have experienced playing gambling.

But now because of the technology we have like the internet, I learned how to gamble online, and the first time I entered a casino via online is also a big deal and even if it's only a small amount, I can gamble in the casino.

Sad
I think this information is somehow useful to casinos so that they could know what they are adding next to the list of there crypto deposite from users. The percentage is good and clear enough for everyone that want to check on those tokens that casinos needed to have in there deposit list of cryptocurrency tokens on casinos. Newbies can also take a look at this especially those one that are gamblers and new to crypto casinos. These are some of the tokens they needed to have in there portfolio in case they want to deposit on casinos.

as we can see, the top coins are the old timers in this market. casinos and gamblers are still trusting these old ones when it comes to payment methods. i believe one contributing factor also is the availability of these coins to most trading platforms. if they are readily available and the liquidity is good, that would be attractive to players as they won't have any problem when they need to exchange their coins to other coins.

When we think about it it is not really that surprising, before the market of cryptocurrencies existed bitcoin was already here, basically it took some time for the first altcoin to be created and during that time bitcoin was the only cryptocurrency in existence, and when we take into account its dominance and the trust the community has in it then it is not surprising that people think of the gambling industry in this market as bitcoin casinos, even if some of them do not even accept bitcoin at all as a deposit option.

bitcoin remains the leading top choice in any crypto-related sites, whether trading or gambling-related sites. it is no doubt why people are choosing this top alt as up until now, no alt can topple its top position among cryptocurrencies. if you talk about crypto, the first thing that people will think of is bitcoin even if non crypto users. they usually affix bitcoin if someone is talking about crypto, hence, the popularity.

Hey everyone!

The research has been updated.

Thanks for this one, I like this kind of stats. Bitcoin is still on top, followed by Ethereum and Litecoin, I guess there's no surprise about that... they still hold their positions. I am also not surprised to see BNB going up on the list, fast and cheap transactions are doing their thing. But I am surprised that Bitcoin Cash holds the position...

Well, this is a nice research. I guess that the first three will keep their position in the upcoming years, but for sure we will see some changes from 4-10 place.

I have to talk about this few coins beca they are very common and you are likely to see them available and being supported by most of the online gambling platforms, they are in the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, these three are very common and there's no how you could experience making transactions on casinos without coming across them, but people only like using Litecoin for the purpose of being affordable in terms of transaction fee, it is cheaper to use.

I Say that the most Important Currency to Play is Bitcoin  , now What we Are looking for is a Place with any Altcoin because we want To See the Things and Profits in Terms of cryptocurrencies , since you can choose one that is Suitable And can be Used as Much as XRP  , TRON  , it is because these Waves are Very Easy to use  , their Value is not Something ,And well that is Equivalent to Playing as if it Were with 1 day or Less , and That is Only what makes us Make the difference , in this Order of things The things can be Seen that Way And They can be Faced However We Want , But in fact if you Want to play with a Single Currency  , None like Btc , Btc for me is Absolutely Everything.

The other things Are when it is strictly necessary To make withdrawals , and How withdrawals because The Fee is so Expensive for Btc is a Lie of doing It Well , of course this is what I can call with a Great common to do it better  , no I Could Speak for myself  , but I think that one Of the things that is Best done is that we can Have the option of Doing things Better this Way without Spending so much Money.

Thank you for doing this research, it is without a doubt that we know the top #1 cryptocurrency that's being used by the majority of the casinos and that's none other our very own, Bitcoin.

That's true, someone who's into crypto gambling will definitely have to go through with these three if they are starting and if they have been used to the market. What they're going to learn is that they'll probably support or use the native token of that casino if ever they have it.

Thanks for the 2024 update @bitcasinorank!

I'm expecting more casinos to incorporate low miner/network fee coins as bitcoin pumps because I'm pretty sure so will be the miner fee. It's expected that people will be looking and requesting for some alternatives. I personally have started using litecoin more when bitcoin miner fees were skyrocketing. More will probably look into the lightning network as well but a lot may find it confusing and just settle with altcoins in the meantime.

It'd be nice if we can get a sub-category for USDT on which chain are supported the most too.
