My Bitcoin transaction is taking forever

The transaction got its first confirmation shortly before you post this. If you sent the funds to another exchange/centralized service, then it's possible that it won't show until the transaction receive a few more confirmations.

A small correction : the string that you've mentioned (58420...9b67) isn't the address that you've sent your BTC. Instead it's called a transaction ID (TxID) and it acts like a unique identifier that allows you to identify your transaction within the blockchain. Using data from Crystal Explorer[1] I'm assuming that the exchange that you're using is Kraken and that exchange claims[2] that the deposit processing time for BTC is 4 confirmations - this means that until those confirmations are done your funds won't show up on your balance. Since the transaction now has 13 confirmations[3] I'm guessing your funds are already available to you?

So I assume you did a withdraw and not issue this TX yourself.
