I am aware of that. OP is from Pinksale Launchpad and I helped him to onboard to the forum. But not sure why copper membership stuck even he paid more than the required amount. I helped many clients to buy copper membership. But didn't face any issue like this.

You haven't paid more. You have paid less than the required amount and that's why you can't wear copper membership.
According to the image you posted, you have already paid 0.0005 BTC and you need to pay 0.00006996 BTC more to be able to wear copper membership.

My bad even I didn't notice that. I will ask him to pay the rest amount. I thought this amount have to be paid lol. Anyway thanks for pointing it out. I will ask OP to lock the thread and pay the amount.
