Do you think that BTC smart contract can catch up with the likes of ETH and Polkadot? Don't you think that it's already too late? Are you buying RSK and rbtc what do you have to say about BTC taproot too? Will this have it's place in future or will be a total failure?

There's actually no need for any smart contract for bitcoin.

It is the ETH and other smart contracts that are building it for bitcoin. Bitcoin alone is good as is and there are already those projects that have been wrapped as bitcoin.

But the actual and original bitcoin, it's already good as what it has always been.

as far as I know, the RSK network is based on the ETH network, this is not provided for in the BTC blockchain, but if it is technologically possible, then it will be a network with low bandwidth and high fees, it is not interesting to anyone, there are many analogues that are much inferior to this idea.

Many will patronise BTC smart contract that's certain but it's not needy as there are too many smart contract projects this days, I feel there will be some hype because BTC smart contract sounds so strong but I doubt it will be an alternative against ETH, MATIC, SOLANA, LUNA and other.
