Success comes because you are motivated to reach it. Anticipating the possible dumps is a need to do but never it means that we have to sell our coins, indeed, holding is also an option. And most of all, controlling our emotions is a must as this is the common reason why many had suffer losses.

But of course, we have to prepare also on how to exit if the market gets worsen. Sometimes we have to sacrifice especially if we are holding those coins that are not really profitable.

Motivation is not the key to success, repetition is. I know because I am doing fine for myself and the lack of motivation was what kept me from being this good at what I do. With more discipline I became a bit better at what I do, and that doesn't stop neither because you can always get better if you work hard enough.

I personally managed to get better at earning money because I stop myself from getting distracted and only focusing on one thing at a time. This doesn't mean that you should be the same way neither, you could be different but that is how fragile motivation is. If you just motivated yourself enough to make money today, what keeps you away from netflix tomorrow? But when you have discipline, you are doing a lot better.

It depends on the choice for cryptocurrency because back in the last real bear market before 2020, the awareness of cryptocurrency isn't very popular. But now people getting more information, details and to see that inflation not affect it. True that's why the HODL mentaly is kinda for the weak ones who probably have 9 to 5 mentality and are used to simpler things. But in the end  we all make the same HODL mistake the first wave we get into crypto that's just part of the natural income cycle in crypto, no one really cares what other people have to say only after they are down bad they start to adapt. Since we've been so down for so long i'm starting to go back into alts i was thinking of $GALA , $PYR , $ENGN and #Lunafi which is a metaverse casino simply put, that offers staking to whoever provides liquidity for the house. I believe that the Gaming/metaverse niche is gonna take us to mass adoption and i wanna hear your thoughts as well on the coins i've mentioned or if you have any other recommendations?

I agree on the Engine and LunaFi projects. Both have such a high potential to lead their niche

Prices move aggressively in some periods. I absolutely agree with this thought. But I don't think we are in a bear market and I take precautions with stop loss for a possible bear market. The bear market is not new to us, we've witnessed that many times in the past, like in 2018 where everything was cheap, some panicked while some take the opportunity to accumulate more crypto assets. Some of the coins I bought during that time are the ETH, BNB, and ADA, I hold them for years and I really pay off during the bull run last year, so lesson learn, be greedy when others a fearful.

It's the two way around. Bears and bulls are inevitable. But it should sink in to everyone's mind that when we came from a bull run, the bears are coming next.
In that case, you're preparing yourself from the upcoming possible bear market which is going to devastate a lot of hands and portfolios. It's going to shake the market and will leave those who are tough and has those diamond/strong hands.

Not for reversal but with those trend to be over and been replaced with something new and not known which is a really common market behavior because we couldn't just stick into a trend which we know

every trader must have prepared a good step and planning. some schemes that are designed certainly will minimize the risk of loss.
but we must remember, with every planning that is done there will be something that is not right. therefore, I don't like long-planned trading. day trading is more fun for me. profits in a short time can be obtained even if not with big profit planning. remember we can not be too greedy to still get profit.
