yeah im aware about this and it seems like we will be entering into the long term bearish cycle. I have prepared myself and that's why i have sold around 60% from my portfolio during the peak price of bitcoin that already reached last year. The problem in the geopolitical is not yet escalated. Some rumours about world war 3 is always surrounding around us. This makes me feel if more preparation is totally needed to anticipate the worst thing that will happen with crypto market.

Actually thats inevitable no matter how we stopped it. Also there is no finding when will this come even thr technical experts could be wrong on their high prediction. Most projects got affectef by a fudnamental news like what is happening on Russia now. But ofcourse its not always set on the news but on the reactions of the market and the community too.

I would say we already kind of are in a bear market since may 2021, if you look at the overall price movement since that time then it is pretty obvious that the overall direction is downwards. I think that the first dump of prices back in may 2021 were because of the bull market that was going on until then and sooner or later the people get nervous and start to secure profits and this can easily become a chain reaction and a dump happens like it did back then. Now though i think that the falling prices are not crypto space related alone, just look at the traditional stock markets. The dow jones also jost 10% since the beginning of this year.

Thank you for warning us but what is your solution in this bear period?, if only warning without providing a solution is not enough, but I am sure the panic in this bear period are those who buy when the price of altcoins in ATH and their portfolio is full of shits coins but if you only hold btc, eth, bnb or coins listed in the 20 rank CMC will not be worried because it will go back up when the market is bullish, or those who actually enter the market when conditions have begun to show bearish times will remain calm.
I will never forget how hard that time when market is in bearish and altcoin down rapidly with no one altcoin can survive but just can wait for btc to go back up.

Bitcoin already dead so many times and as a part of old crypto market watchers and i just wanna say if this is a common thing that happens in the crypto. Mostly of people will be feeling scared to see the market in the big red like this.
people in hurry to dump their coin to the market. This fear totally unpredictable. As far as i know people just know if everything will be fine last week after bitcoin already recovered again to the 44k.
The worst thing may continue again soon.

The bear market is unpredictable and people have no idea about this before. So many TA has become wrong analyzation caused by the flash dump that happened with bitcoin last day.

Only those who believed that the price are going on a parabolic rise are either delusional or just a newbie in crypto market. And if they haven't seen the last bear market which started in 2018-2020, then obviously they haven't experience it, thus they think that there is no such thing as bear market. But it good that they are going to experience and feel it the first time so that they will be hardened by it and next time they will know how to react.

Lost so much due to my own mistakes that I'm prepared for all my portfolio turning zero. I have been only investing in coins I believe in, most of them have not delivered what I thought it would but I also have a stand that I won't sell any of them in loss. Some coins like Pancakebunny (most likely a scam at the moment) turned my large portfolio to almost zero but I haven't sold it. I'd rather forgot about my coins than to sell them for loss.

It is true, bear and bull are phases of a market cycle and one does not happen without the other. There will be stagnant periods but then either of these will take off. The point is correct, people forget that there was a bull once to be able to see the bear and therefore the bull will happen again. Hence they need to buy when the bear hits and not speculate only about the price.

Common tendency to sell during a loss is a wrong market approach. Of course only a long term holder will understand this and not someone who has been forced into crypto or came in with a get-rich-quick attitude.

We have media, indicators, as well as youtube and telegram channels as a means of information about cryptocurrency price movements or when to go out and enter, when the bear and bull markets arrive. I think that is enough for preparation, it's just that we often panic when we hold back, making us forget that there is always a correction or flight, we are just in a hurry, patience is also needed here besides knowledge.

The problem is you can not really trust those sources because all of them are following their own agenda. I mean just look at the youtube channel of those crypto influencers. 99% of them are just shilling the tokens that they own themself in order to pump up the price and then they can dump on their poor followers. This also often happens with new projects, where the influencers have a chance to buy into the private sale of the project for a discount. Then they start shiling this project like crazy and then once their tokens are unlocked they dump on their followers that bought the tokens on launch for a way higher price. That's just how it goes.
Maybe you can follow the general media about stuff like the crisis in the Kkraine at the moment this might help a little to predict the price movements.

Usually they don't have the mental strength to hold assets during a bear market, or maybe they are afraid when they face a bear market, well, it's like being brainwashed, so we have to sell our house, even though the next bull market is a big profit.
