Hello everyone , I don’t know where to start.

But during my time using bustabit I’ve experienced unfairness with the owner and his power ego
I’ve had my account disabled without warning /email notification saying if I deposited in said account I won’t be able to withdraw something like that should be mandatory even PayPal, cashapp , has it. unless it’s fraud you can’t withdrawn until proving it’s actually you.
Anyways. I’ve dealt with this for a while and this started when I loaned someone 6k called Luke and when he lost he told Daniel I made him lose and I say was asking for bits when I showed proof I’m asking what I loaned. I got muted for “begging “ ever since then no matter how much I pleaded he kept muting. Ok fine I stopping caring about chat, I mainly use shiba for balance and now recently without notice all I did was rained bits and I got muted and my funds disabled. He forcefully made me agree to something  that’s not in the chat rules or toss. He stated if I spoke to anyone about my ban  he’d mute and lock my account .


And for the dick riders that like to pick up for him without knowing the full story I can show all proof.  
Everyone has a policy and you can’t make up a rule as you go. Because if you actually took this to court they’d ask did the policy say after x amount of mutes it’s permanent banned with froze account ? I’m not here to bash the website. As I like playing there but I don’t like the unfairness. I’ve seen whales muted on mutiltple accounts but their balance didn’t get freeze.

What do you hope to achieve by this? Your whole post is barely coherent, in the middle you go off on a tangent talking about loaning people money and people blaming you for losing. I seriously have to wonder if you are old enough to gamble, because you seem to be taking an immature stance on this. Almost every major betting site looking to accept people from places like America or Europe will almost always have to ask for identification - this should be well known by now. They should not allow any deposits without KYC as you say, but the customer should also read the whole terms & conditions before depositing or they have little recourse after. They do make the rules and those rules almost always say that they can change them at will, if you don't agree to that situation then simply suck it up and find another place to gamble (but most will have similar setups). If you have annoyed the owner as you say, then you have even more reason to leave. If you think you have a legal case that will win in court, hire a lawyer.

See if you have some probelms you should go to the accusations section and from there you should actually try and get bustabit to listen to you. It's not really normal for a site to do that but you can always mail them and ask them for correcting their decisions. Most of the sites do not ban people just like that they might have their own reasons. You should submit all your proof in a mail and sort it out. Your account is not going to get defreezed but at the same time you will have a chance of getting the money back. You can always go to Consumer court it's completely legal.

Every chat room in the gambling pages has rules, and begging or asking for coins isn't allowed anywhere, if you keep breaking the rules then you will keep getting banned from the chat.

It was a big mistake a $6k loan, in the casinos you give tips, you don't give loans, because there is no way to chargeback that money, the casinos can't take the money from one user account, and send it to another.

I'm really sorry about the money you lose and how the casino deals with you, but as I always say, some lessons are cheap, others are not.

please do. having evidence should have been posted when you posted this thread. the forum has had a fair share of people creating false allegations that's why people here ask for evidence. having evidence would help you solidify your case against the gambling site you are accusing or have a problem with.

Bustabit has a pretty good reputation on the scene, so I think that a lot of community members would very much appreciate proof of your allegations.

Lending to users on gambling sites in general is very sketchy, and sometimes it is explicitly banned by the casino (not sure if that is the case here). But freezing funds would certainly cause a lot of raised eyebrows in this scene.

Your entire rant is a bit confusing as to what you are even talking about. If you have screenshots of the mentioned online casino website doing some sketchy things that they have no business doing, feel free to accuse them in the scam accusation subforum. If you have nothing of accusatory nature which you can back up with evidence then don't start rants on random. Nobody feels for you if you go against the rules and get yourself banned.

First time to see, If spoke to your ban will lock your account. Is there any chat proof you can vouch for this? Also for the whale case you are talking about. Why we need a proof? because while people have some problem, mostly they will talk common sense without any proof just because they got a problem on the site. To make them look bad, and push their issue to be solved faster.

BTW, Yes all action should according by the ToS. You're register with the site, then you are agree following all of their rules and everything. Try to make a story with picture conversation between you and them, that's would be nice.

You can check if your country is barred from them and meanwhile you got a message to your email not to fund the account because you won't be able to get a withdraw out on this, maybe that was a warming already that you didn't follow or you provide better leading information and proof to guide.

This site has a solid reputation, with no problems. However, I doubt the story of the whales, would the info be real on the site you see? You see people's commitments. Is it actually allowed to show other people's bets? I can imagine that those users are not exactly waiting for that. The chat also always seems to be manned 24/7 on the site, separately.

Post the proof so that everyone won't just speculate with your story. They're known and mostly everyone is going to be on their side no matter what any accusations have been told without proof to prove. That's why you already knew that there's a need to post the proof and you have to do it.

So basically the first issue was ignored by you since it was mainly being muted in chat.  The main issue here is that OP rained bits and you got... banned? Well, muted (which was the initial issue) and funds frozen (the main issue). Maybe send proof of the threat? That's probably the best proof here of their mods doing something wrong. The initial issue was probably forgoed by the admin since there wasn't any proof of you loaning the said person 6k (maybe).

Are you going to get this on the court? they have their chat rules and they can keep changing them whenever they want if they find you annoying to other players and the chat board, this is your words against them but no proof to back your claim you should post it here and also post how much funds are frozen, this will not be considered a  scam without posting proofs and amount loss.

Or he can come back with many proofs of chat and try to convince us that he is not guilty and only wants his money. But loaning money to someone on the internet without us knowing who are they is a big mistake and a big NO because how we can know they will pay back the money to us? There's no need for a scam accusation here because the OP is just begging to Bustabit chat box for the part of money that he lose for loaning random player in Bustabit. I don't know how the heck he give a 6000$ loan to someone that he didn't know personally and now he is begging to the casino to payback the loaned amount from the accused user balance. It will be a lesson to you, you wouldn't lend anyone $6,000 that's not a simple to earn money to be honest. I remember one time when someone who befriended me and all of a sudden wanted to borrow money and even though it's not that big I didn't lend him and blocked him.

I don't see any consistency either, from verifying yourself through email which is a security protocol to lending money to being muted to whales.

I think the main problem that you would be facing here is that you haven't provided enough evidence to support your accusations. You should have posted screenshots to prove your claims because to be honest, Bustabit has a good reputation so it would be unfair to accuse them of something without any proof.

No one is question this legitimacy.it’s the fact that you’re muting people but disabling my funds only. I didn’t scam or anything. Playing as normal and he forced me to agree to if I used shiba bot to check x amount of balance of my bits worth I’d be locked out my account wtf is that. No toss says that in his policy
