You are assigned to do counting and other counter checking the campaign participants outputs and its really bit tiring work especially if the one you handle multiple category like signature campaign,youtube,social media and other more campaigns included in a thread. This work require huge time but its all worth once you receive your payment.

What I can suggest to OP is he should also post a quality appealing threads which consist of his past experience so that the managers can easily decide to pick him up.

I guess it is okay to use bots to count posts or anything but I don't think that is possible for any bot to check post quality. I think any manager which wants to keep his work on some quality level, must manually check a minimum of 80% of all submissions.
Campaign management is not only counting up to thousand.

Yeah just thinking about those who joins a bounty is making me tired to be honest. There are a hoard of spammers and bots you might check along the way but hoping they aren't counted as accepted either way. I don't know if bounty managers hires the like of OP but my question is if they are hiring or they do it alone? Sounds good to hear their responses.

Also, if you want to be hire by reputable managers here, I think you should build up your reputation first. It is needed because you will be handed with the task and ability to update/edit the bounty campaign spreadsheets. No bounty manager would want to have someone messing up the spreadsheets and cheating for their own goal.

I am not a bounty manager but as I see here it is a very crucial part if you entrust the spreadsheet with someone, --spreadsheet seems related to financial matters because it has a list of participants and their rewards and it could be abused, be cheated and you are right.
However, perhaps there will be a bounty that needed this service and as you can see his proposal is good ^{[You will see the work first then pay]} because you can try his service first, but the problem is how could your entrust the financial matters document.

As he has told he is an experience bounty spreadsheet manager, he might already be working with any reputable manager here. But then he won't show and name the bounty he is working/helping the manager, as i don't think any manager will like this to be disclosed.

Secondly handling bounty spreadsheets is a tedious task so he will be demanding a good return for this work.

Bounty hunters seem to complain that these days bounties are useless,  I wonder if bounty managers are getting good enough pay that they can hire workers for them?

You should describe your previous experience on the thread to get a quick job. Because some spreadsheet editors think just counting the post is worth spreadsheet management and they never bother to click on the link whether it's correct or not. I have the experience they will tell me I work with many spreadsheets and then just count the report and update to the master sheet. So you just need to mention and prove where you have worked. If you worked with any managers they may support you here which would help you a lot. Hope you got my point.

It doesn't matter using a Bot to calculate or whatever it is in a spreadsheet. As @examplens explains "but I don't think that is possible for any bot to check post quality". Bounty Manager Prefers spreadsheets to be checked manually (for some reason), unlike Bots (works automatically according to keywords).
Like the Signature campaign which requires users to make quality posters or the rules for posting a certain amount on the gambling board, it is clear that this must be checked manually.

I hired someone doing similar tasks before but did not go well. He became inactive and the updates got delayed because of it. So instead of getting similar problems, I no longer hire an assistant. Not that I have many campaigns I manage to begin with.

Indeed. Which is why a bounty manager needs to have a dependable and trustworthy assistant (if he/she ever hires one). It has to be someone who's able to keep up with the timeline, good forum reputation and also doxxed. For me, I think I would rather hire someone I personally know.
