I'm really seeing Dmitry Bivol as an underrated boxer because he is really a tough one to face that's why he got the place where he was now and being a champion in the light-heavyweight is not an easy task to accomplish and yet he did. Infact, he is way more better and superior than Sergey Kovalev who was also defeated by Canelo via KO. But all of that accomplishments doesn't mean that he can do an easy upset towards the undisputed champion Canelo Alvarez, this surely will be an interesting fight.

He is very professional he is never takes thing personally and we all know Canelo treat his opponent the way he treats him, if his opponent shows the respect he will do the same, but this does not mean we are not going to have a great fight we will see a great fight as both fighters complement each other, they love to engage and love to mix up, these kinds of fighters make a good fight, so I expect to see a lot of action here.

Yeah, I can't imagine that Canelo will just turn 32 years old this July.

So he is still in his prime and he said that maybe he will still fight in the next 7 years. Names like GGG will be next for him and then those other LHW in the division, Beterviev and other rank fighters. Even Usyk name is put into discussion but not sure if Canelo is willing to go as high as HW.

That will be Bivol's achievement already if he lasts 12 rounds, Canelo's last three fights ended up in TKO, or the referee stopped the fight, it will be interesting if it ends in a split decision the last time he won by split decision was more than 4 years ago against his nemesis Golovkin, it's hard to win by decision against Canelo I hope Bivol can take the fight and last the distance only Golovkin has lasted the whole 12 rounds with the fight so close.

Bivol hasn't face an opponent like Canelo before, and if you look at the over 10.5 rounds its only 1.30. Meaning bettors are seeing that this fight could really end up in the judges scorecard or worst for Bivol getting knock out late in this fight.

so yeah, a decision at 1.70 is already very attractive, just a matter on how much money you are willing to risk.

He probably expect that since the whole world thinks bad about Russia but it was Vladmir Putin that they should blame and not the citizens of the Russia. I feel bad for him that he cannot carry his flag because of what did Putin did. In my opinion, this is a very risky bet. It turns out that in addition to a small risk that Bivol wins, you take on the risk that Canelo in 12 rounds will not be able to knock him out. In total, these risks are quite serious and the coefficient of 1.7 does not compensate for them. I think that a fair odds for this outcome should be at least 1.9.

Here mate. I picked Bivol based on Canelo's lone light heavyweight experience. I think an old past primed Kovalev was boxing well. Few people knew that Kovalev never had the chance to heal his body after a life and death battle with Anthony Yarde. And I don't know why Kovalev was not throwing his usual power shots in that fight.

Bivol is younger and has more 12 round fight experience than Kovalev. So Bivol should not go tired punching and moving a full 12 round fight.

Canelo got an iron chin. And Bivol is not a KO artist but his power punches should be enough to deter Canelo's aggressiveness. I haven't made a bet because it is hard to bet Canelo by decision especially in Vegas. Canelo did have too many close fights before that many thought he lost especially to Golovkin and Lara. Even on Canelo's only defeat from Floyd where he was clearly out punched still ended in a controversial majority decision.

reasonable or not, it's discouraging for Bivol. no matter where the discussion will go, it always lead to Putin being bad and he is thier president.

that's how we become very discriminating that even in sports events, the organizers are preventing the athlete to be proud of thier nationality. because Bivol agrees to it, he must have understood how it will outburst emotions if he wins this fight. it's best that way or he'd not get a chance to make money in his career.
