As the Battle by tech companies to take the early lead in the Ethereum and multi-chain web 3 development, a defi company(Diversifi) wallet company in collaboration with opera mini to develop a layer 2 ethereum wallet within the browser using Defi web 2 this development will help traders and holders to avoid the high fees experienced in the ethereum network. This will aid lesser fees and faster transaction using layer 2.

The less the wallet is connected to browsers and the Internet, the better.
For beginners, they may prefer to have everything in one place (internet, games, wallets, etc.) and then it will be easier for them.
I did not read the details of the second layer, but I am surprised that Bitcoin is not mentioned, it is cheaper and faster.

Looks like they didn't integrate Opera Browser into the whole thing instead they make a new browser that specifically handles all the cryptocurrency things, it called Opera Crypto Browser.

The full referenced link from the Opera site could be seen here: Introducing Opera’s new Web3 initiative: Crypto Browser Project now available in public beta for Windows, Mac and Android

For beginners, they may prefer to have everything in one place (internet, games, wallets, etc.) and then it will be easier for them.
I believe their motive is to make an all-in-one browser about cryptocurrency. If you see the referenced link above, they also reserved some built-in pages that show any related cryptocurrency news.

Am kind of wondering if any one have use this new opera web 3 app to see how it work, am most interested in the scalability aspect how this new development help to solve the many problem faced in the Ethereum blockchain such as high fees, is the app really performing to expectation most especially on transaction fees.
