It already happened but we don't know that it will happen because we don't have a crystal ball and we don't know what can happen in the future.
Days after the war started, Bitcoin and the whole market went up already though as of today Bitcoin is down at least 4% IIRC.

Now to answer the question, maybe this might be a good time to invest into it but if you are patient then maybe you can buy if Bitcoin is near or below $40,000. As long as Bitcoin is near $35,000, I think its still good to buy. Best thing to do still is to dollar cost average and just hold.

I'm not in doubt that Bitcoin is worth investing in and really profiting but a time when you invest also matters a lot and it will affect the results. I'm very considerate of what is happening around as this will also affect the price trend. Upon seeing the market is now in recovering, quite to say we are a little bit late investing, I think we should have to do that before.

Anyway, the price may still be growing high, we are currently at $41k and yes, still have a big chance. I guess we shouldn't have to miss this again as the next move from this will be in skyrocket. Mostly that will happen after correction.

I think most of the institutional investors has moved their money out of "high risk" investments like Crypto currencies now and into so-called Safe havens. Logic would say that it will come back to Crypto currencies, once the conflict between the Ukraine and Russia has been resolved, but I think it will take a long time for that to happen.

The Ukrainians are putting up a good fight and the Western world are funding those battles, so Putin is not going to take that sitting down. I think this conflict are going to escalate into a "Cold War" scenario for many months or even years to come.

Price of Bitcoin for last month or two is fluctuating between 35 to 40k$ window. I don't think Ukraine Russia war has any major impact on Bitcoin price so far.
There are very rear chances of WW3 as USA and its allies are afraid of indulging in war with a super power who has support of China.
