What a nice gesture by Binance.
My concern is how central the fund is, if a government can give an order to freeze an individual's account and it will be done, how sure are we that such order cannot be made towards the central charity fund.
Meanwhile, a time like this is when to prove the government wrong of their allegations against cryptocurrency. This is a tme the whole world will wish they have a single currency.

The value of Russia fiat is depreciating daily, favoured are those who are into crypto in the country.

It's a good example but again the fund is central and people can't check how the donation money is used, I was expecting a multi-signature address but what is done is the database management by binance.charity/

The usage of cryptocurrencies and crypto businesses are starting to become relevant in the ongoing Russian invasion. Fewer and fewer areas are holding their apolitical stance, even if they used to be apolitical before. I wonder who will be next. It's interesting how Buterin will react, given that he's originally from Russia.

It shows how generous Binance is from the very beginning. They’re the biggest and most popular cryptocurrency exchange in the world. Despite the setbacks that Binance weathered last year on regulatory concerns from UK, Singapore, etc., they still manage to find ways. Now that he found a new home in Dubai where it is one of the most crypto friendliest countries,he finally have lesser headaches than he was last year.

Russia does not hesitate to activate its nuclear arsenal to end the existing war.

I saw him (CZ) being interviewed on television and the news anchors were giving him a hard time about not cutting off support for Russian users.  CZ was clear that no companies are cutting off services to Russian citizens (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) so why would he?  I actually like that he was considering the situation that many Russian citizens find themselves in and was making it clear that he views Russian citizens and Russian politicians separately.  He also made it clear that nobody is anonymously trading on his platform (debatable) and that KYC is implemented for all users.  I don't think he intends to help Russia evade sanctions with his platform, but he does want to help citizens safeguard their wealth, which I think is admirable.

Binance has been doing helping people so many times, their charity is growing uphill and gaining more support. And the way Binance took this is likely giving them a positive view on how they care not only for their reputation and profits but also they care the lives of their clients/users. Knowing how huge company Binance is?  10 million is just a peanut from their wallet lol. but this doesn't mean that i am attacking their action instead I wanted to thank them literally for this great showing of love for the Ukrainian people.
