Hello, I’ve already made a thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5387359.0 Showing all the proof of the owner withholding my funds and not allowing me to withdraw. 1 : He mistaken me for someone else 2: he won’t even try to apologize and just allowed me to withdraw if he doesn’t want me on the site. 3: he hasn’t showed me or the community any proof of me begging anyone thus making his chat rules “he claim I broke “ invalid. I just want to bring awareness to use this website with caution especially when they have no policy to hold your funds your own deposited funds btw. And give you zero knowledge if your account was disabled or if it’s still able to deposit. That being said he’s ignoring my emails to withdraw my money back. I rather settle this peacefully than Rather go a deeper way.. |

My response from your previous thread: I'll address your complaints in order of significance. Now this is where it gets interesting. He froze my funds without any warning / emails stating I can’t depo in said account. Nothing in his toss says he can freeze deposited funds. Even after x amount of mutes. And then forcibly asked me to agree to if I use chat “shiba bot” which allows to check balances he’ll lock my account and freeze my funds (not In his policy’s to do so ) Proof here - https://prnt.sc/HXgwI_JeQGQmOn September 7, 2021 I gave you notice via email that you were permanently banned from chatting on bustabit and bustadice and that I would permanently lock your accounts and funds if you disregarded your ban: You are permanently banned from chatting on both bustabit and bustadice. For the avoidance of any doubt, this includes private messages and chat commands. If you disregard your ban again by using the chat feature of either site I will permanently lock your accounts from both betting and withdrawing. Acknowledge that you understand this in order to unlock your account now. Now ever since then I’ve dealt with being muted just for raining and every time it’ll say muted for begging. Now another occasion he knew it was me and I forgot my password and I was forced to lose because he wouldn’t help me fix talking about “security of users “ but he knew it was me just being spiteful. If you neither know your account's password nor have access to its recovery email address then bustabit cannot authenticate you as its owner. If I give someone access to an account regardless I do so at my own risk, so the waiting period is standard in these cases, as anybody who has ever needed my help to regain access to their account can attest. It is also standard when you lose your 2FA device, for example. As you are permanently banned from chatting on bustabit we are way past the point of debating whether you deserve to be muted, but I'll address it anyway. Neither I nor chat moderators are infallible. Sometimes we get it wrong. So if someone is muted once or twice it might just be a misunderstanding like you claim. But you breaking the chat rules is not a one-off accident and you were certainly never muted "just for raining". It's a pattern going back years. bustabit's chat is better off without you in it and banning you from it was absolutely justified. If your question is why I decided to ban them, it's because muting them dozens of times over the past 3+ years has had no effect. Permanently banning them is the last resort and attaching some kind of consequence to that ban is the only way to enforce it.
In September 2021 I informed them that they were permanently banned from bustabit and ignoring the ban would result in their accounts being locked. They acknowledged their ban via email. Earlier this month I noticed them violating their ban–unsurprisingly, to beg another player for money again–so I locked their accounts as I previously told them I would.

If your question is why I decided to ban them, it's because muting them dozens of times over the past 3+ years has had no effect. Permanently banning them is the last resort and attaching some kind of consequence to that ban is the only way to enforce it.

@Devans once again, I asked for you to fact check that is actually me because it’s not.I’ve sent you countless emails to do so and see that you’re wrong. Why would I beg someone if I’m complaining about my own money being frozen and there’s no policy to hold my funds. I didn’t beg, that person is NOT ME. So why not allow me to withdraw my funds  ? And never come back!? You’re refusing to fact check it man why? |

The accounts he posted and the user chat he posted that asked someone for bits isn’t me. I asked him to prove him which he knows he can but won’t because I’m right and didn’t break any rules. When he muted my Caplocks account he probably thought I was someone else as well. Because I emailed him asking why is my account disabled and I’m still allowed to deposit, without no knowledge or warning. He told me if I broke the chat rules or discarded by ban to “Anyone “ I’d have my account locked. Nothing stated he can freeze your funds. Then as normal I’m playing I realize my funds was frozen without warning. Then he showed on here of someone completely different when my account he disabled Is @Tutorials. My question to him is who is @200dolla , why is he not muted , why is his balance not frozen and why does he think it’s me. Why is he only doing this to me and not other people. If he doesn’t want me back on the site. He should allow me to withdraw and never come back. |

With all honesty , I don’t even have anything against dude. But it’s unfair how I’m being treated without fact checking things. Because of this I get looked at as a begger when it’s untrue. Don’t get me wrong, I love/hate the site. But muting me for someone else is totally wrong especially with zero proof that I am said person. Since

Sent @Devans countless of emails asking to be able to withdraw and he’s ignoring all of them. But he states he responds to all emails “for other users “ seen him online all day yesterday. Still not allowing me to withdraw my own money!!
