Im new to Linux (Running Ubuntu) can someone make a guide?

Im not sure how to generate new wallet address.

sudo su

./novobitcoind -daemon

./novobitcoin-cli stop

nano /root/.novo-bitcoin/novo.conf

paste

port=8666
rpcport=8665
rpcuser=changetoyourusername
rpcpassword=changetoyourpassword

CTRL +o , enter
CTRL + x

./novobitcoind -daemon

./novobitcoin-cli getnewaddress

Thank you so much, but im stuck again.

I get "error: incorrect rpcuser or rpcpassword (authorization failed)" after running ./novobitcoin-cli stop

I have set my own user name and pass.

When i run "./novobitcoin-cli getnewaddress" i get "bash: /novobitcoin-cli: No such file or directory" even tho the cli file is in that directory.

are You sure You make ./novobitcoind -daemon before used cli options ?

it should show you address
also check height with ./novobitcoin-cli getinfo

When will a windows wallet be available.
I don't think it makes sense to start with just a Linux wallet, because a large part of the miners will be excluded for the beginning.

I produced plenty of blocks already, and maybe they was testing it before and mine early blocks spins quickly when diff is low that is for sure.

If you are a miner you should know how to use WM inside Windows  and mine that way.

It's not only premined ~60000 blocks, but also has many copyright issues about the new TXID scheme and the Node Software...
As a summary, NovoBitcoin is clearly an illegal dark anonymous copycat project

And How do yopu know all about copyrights if the source is not released yet will be avaialble in next month
