I think the best choice is still bitcoin, which is the most traded crypto coin, even to the point of being nicknamed the king of cryptocurrency. so it will remain the best choice until now maybe even in the future.
Since its inception, Bitcoin has targeted the global market, including through peer-to-peer, used for digital cash and others.
Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currency, it is not controlled by anyone and the price will be the same everywhere.

This is true, bitcoin is there for a reason as well because it is the most trustable one as well. You can call anything to any other altcoin because there are some figure heads in all of them, even if they look decentralized, they are not "truly" decentralized in a sense and most of them are not even that.

This is the reason why I do not trust most other coins, this is why most of my coin investments are in bitcoin and I will probably increase the amount I have in bitcoin more than the others for the upcoming future. It just never made sense to me to invest into anything else at a large amount. I only invest what I can afford to lose into altcoins.

What happens is that very few altcoins are good enough to invest any money in them, I know this may sound harsh for some as we have thousands of altcoins in the market but I think I am right.

After all according to coingecko they have more than 13k coins listed, even if we assume that 1% of the coins are good enough to invest in them that is no more than 130 coins in the whole market, and the rest are just scams or bad projects, and I doubt any single person has the time to study each one of those coins, so picking the safest option which is bitcoin seems like a very reasonable choice to me.

Isn't matic/polygon already on the mainnet network? the rest of what you mentioned, I think it's a potentially good coin. I even asked for a hand for a few weeks. however, if from some of what you mentioned above I have to say I still keep Bnb for the long term for trading continuity or investing it might be very helpful in 1 network, that's what I chose.

I ever hold too many coins/tokens, I even forget each coin I have recently. Because of too many coins, it is difficult to monitor the price and news updates related to the coin. Which makes me miss many opportunities to sell them at high prices.

And if you're looking for coins that will last for 5 years or more. I'd say that I think these altcoins are likely to still remain for the past next 5 years.

There are lots of coins and that can be confusing to pick for you but for us it isn't because I will tell you this, most of them are just junk coins. They can last for a while but they won't survive a year or two. It's not that difficult to invest when you already have some knowledge or experience in this field because you will now know if which coin is good for the long term and which coin is good for the short term.

You throw some good suggestions there. All coins are old and can stay for another 5 to 6 years but I am doubting if dogecoin can increase a lot during that time. Maybe we can replace it with a better altcoin. There's still plenty of them.

I wouldn't be able to comment on the coins that you have purchased and look for the future, I do not know most of them aside from BNB which I love and invested as well. However, I think you are 100% right about the fact that bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a thing that you could earn money quicker that is for sure but not a get rich quick scheme.

For example, if you can retire by investing into gold after 50 years of investing, then you could do the same in 10 years of bitcoin or maybe 20 years. People who think that they can get rich enough to retire in under a year are fooling themselves, it has happened before but it is a rare thing and not the generalization of crypto.

The production of cryptos doesn't stop ever since their world began, which is why we end up with so many good top altcoins now. Having a fund is indeed one of the main things that we should consider because I notice that so many people ask for suggestions like if which coin are good to invest but in the end they haven't invested anything because they still don't have a money in their wallets. If the goal is capital preservation and long-term investments, invest most of the portfolio in Bitcoin and top altcoins (ETH, BNB, ALGO, ICP, DOT). It's about the future price target, and it's very interesting to discuss, regarding income, what I usually do is, I monitor from the top price of the top 10 in the CMC, I often save and get multiple profits, what I usually do is invest in some of the top coins, with not too much capital, on each coin, as it is now in BNB, ADA and DOGE tokens and TRON, and expect things to change in the next few years.
