Is it OK for the short time investment?

They have planning to launch centralized exchange? I didn’t heard about their own exchange. Teams activities aren’t bad but while i think it’s a meme coin and risk is here. I don’t get any reason to invest here instead of bigger meme coins as like Shiba Inu and Safemoon. I can't suggest BLUESPARROW even for the short term investment.
