The quoted statement from the OP seems really suspicious to at least for me. It is like they are trying to say that we, possible users, can store our bitcoins on their site since it can be considered as wallet, like the one we used such as mycelium and others. Also when i load the site, it shows that there are 300+ bitcoins in the bankroll of the site from which they are paying the winners in their site. It's hard to believe all these figures specially the ones showing on the leaderboard. Good point, some users uses 1 username and password all throughout the gambling sites and even have the same password as their email and that was really dangerous because they can have access to all of your accounts so it is advisable to use different username and different password to different sites and this site... leave it.

It looks like they realized the fake bet amounts on the leader board were too high and no one would believe them so they decided to lower them to look more realistic 
Just take a look at their Help page! It doesn't make any sense. It says a hash will be used to generate the result for the next game and they will provide the md5 of that hash so you can verify the fairness of the game. But this isn't true first because they provide the md5 only after the game starts and second because they didn't show the algorithm used to generate the result from the hash.
