I agree.
As there are no NFT in bitcoin blockchain, all NFT should be discussed in altcoin related forums.

No to both and here is why.

This is what the forum rules say about the Digital Goods sub:
Quote
Trades of digital goods on-forum for Bitcoin
NFTs aren't being traded on the forum and they are not sold for Bitcoin. If they are sold on 3rd party sites (which is the case with NFTs who have their own marketplaces), they don't belong to the Digital goods sub.

Collectibles:
Quote
Trades of physical collectible items
NFTs are not physical items. The rule about 3rd party sites is the same as for the Digital Goods category.

According to Wiki: "NFT"

Quote
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger, that can be sold and traded.[1] Types of NFT data units may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio. Because each token is uniquely identifiable, NFTs differ from blockchain cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin.

They are categorized based on their being tokens not Bitcoin nor physical.

Note that in all Bitcoin boards we are talking about Bitcoin as a payment method or Bitcoin related topics, both of which are not found in NFT tokens.

you can sell NFT digital things ( scripts, exchanges, ..etc) in Digital Goods if they can pay with BTC

In fact, the oldest NFTs were on the bitcoin blockchain.  The origin assets of the digital antiquities market (NFTs)

Bitcoin (via the Counterparty internet protocol) played a very dominant role in the very earliest of NFTs/tokenised assets. This was then followed by a strong shift of focus and activity to the Ethereum chain. Given this history, I have divided the NFT emergence period into what I’ve described as the ‘golden era of NFTs’ (2014–2016) and the ‘silver era of NFTs’ (2017 onwards).

Even if they existed on the Bitcoin Blockchain, they are still not Bitcoin, right? Like USDT on Omni Layer. It's still considered an altcoin (token). So if there were NFTs on the Bitcoin Blockchain, they would still be taken as Tokens.

I just don't understand how they claim that those are NFT based on the bitcoin blockchain. Just check their site https://rarepepes.com/ and you will see that all the NFT are listed in Ethereum means you can buy/sell them in Ethereum and not in bitcoins.

Marketplace (Altcoins) is the best place to list them.
