The war between Ukraine and Russia is well known to all countries and many countries and exchanges is donating funds to Ukraine for invasion of Ukraine and Russia, i want to know why support of fundraising donation is going to Ukraine alone and nobody mention Russian for donations, i being going through the post no thread of Russian donation, i want to know  if Russian dont need support, is not that i have side or I'm so passionate to.

Russia has expansionist goals, while Ukraine is just trying to defend itself.. Ofc it is not the same. They are bombarding Ukraine and expanding their territory into Ukraine.

  Are you saying you don't know who started this war and who is invading who? is the country Russia losing life and properties like the Ukrain country is experiencing? If Russia believes they too deserve some crypto donation they too can ask for help but I am sure they will not get one, at least not from most of the world that is.

Taking a look at the ongoing war, one has to consider two factors one is the country mostly affected by the crisis and second is the country that has the fault to be blame for causing such uprising for conflict, and after considering the two sides, Russia has the power to put a stop to the war because they initiated it, secondly Ukraine is most affected because the so called powerful Russia think they can exercise authority over Ukraine in which it doesn't work unlike before, almost all countries all over the world are in support for Ukraine and have NATO, US, UK and EU enforcement for help. Therefore if we are to donate, then we give to the oppressed, the one in need, the side mostly affected and that will appreciate any form of help renderd which is Ukraine.

Of course, there could be nationalistic Russians that are going to support Putin's cause, no matter what. But you have to think if it is righteous or not? The whole war is happening in Ukraine territory not in Russia. Russia took the war to Ukrainian soil, by shooting and throwing missiles at them, all because the Ukrainian wants to join the Nato community.
No invasion done on Russian soil yet, if there's Russian would have sort for fundraising from her aligned countries like China, Iraq, India and Afghanistan

in war there are aggressors/perpetrators and those who are attacked/victims, in this case Russia attacks ukraine, it means that the victims are ukraine.  the fundraising is aimed at Ukraine it is very appropriate ^{(because ukraine is a victim)} but why do you ask Russia did not get fundraising? can't you see which side Russia is on.

We won't call the conflict between Russia and Ukraine a war. This is a clear invasion because Ukrainians aren't retaliating all the do is secure their territory from distraction of both lives and properties. Russia hasn't had any sort of invasion from Ukraine so there fire if there be any nation amongst the two that deserves donations it should be Ukraine following the losses that have had as a result of Putin's invasion

Why it does looks like a one-sided donation is base on the way with which Russia invaded Ukraine and it's obviously seen by everyone that this is an improper act , even though some Russian citizens do not side their country on this.
   SecondlyThere is no Killing or damages done to Russian residents so far that could attract such support or donation, so I don't see any any reason here why they should get donation. In a nut shell and in my own view I don't think it's one-sided.

Bitcoin doesn't need to be legalized as legal tender to be useful. They can simply sell the bitcoin/cryptocurrencies they crowd funded for USD or their local currency, and use that money to fund their stuff.

               While I agree with most of the responses that Ukraine should be the only one between fhe two that recieves donations, I also feel a bit bad for the normal Russian people that does not even want to have anything to do with the war or are even against it but are still forced to suffer along with the ones that are instigating this invasion. I mean, the sanctions against Russia surely doesn't affect just the instigators or the pro-invasion people right? Well, I don't know what should be done though or in what way should we go about it. is not good to expect the same donations to Russia because the president of Russia is the problem by not allowing Ukraine to be part of NATO body, a  destruction is more taking place in place in Ukraine and nothing has spoiled in Russian, that is why Russia don't have to have donations, every body pity Ukraine because of vandalization of their home's by Russia
