V3rtigo deleted our posts, he made it self-moderated

I believe this is not done by a moderator but by V3rtigo, he claimed himself to be a Hero member but with newbie account. He wants to provide a service for maximum of 5 people to help them to post each week and be paid. Suchmoon asked him to provide link if he is a quality poster but no link provided, he is a newbie, no evidence yet than a scammer that is looking for a victims to scam.

Even if his service was genuine, In way, he's going to promote spam and generic non-constructive replies because

How will he know which replies to make to certain threads at different times? This is totally non-constructive.

Nothing wrong with creating self-moderated thread but deleting all comments is definitely suspicious. Someone who plans to do job as advertised shouldn't be afraid of the comments and questions. Anyway, left him negative feedback.

I negged him as well.  Even with the self-moderated thread business aside, the service he's offering is basically only for account farmers who have so many alts enrolled in bounties/campaigns that they can't keep up with the posting--I can't see anyone else who'd take advantage of an offer like that, and in any case I have no doubt that if he got anyone taking him up on it that it'd be detrimental to the quality of the forum.

I do check service board once in a while, but @V3rtigo's case was a first one for me after some 4+ years of being active in the forum. He surely deserves the negative feedbacks.

I registered on this forum barely two years ago, I have never seen this before, probably this kind of service could have been on this forum before merit system was introduced, when accounts are built with just activity. I enabled notification on service board but this is my first time seen this. This will only offer spam and scam. Posting quality will greatly reduce if others are dawning to offer this kind of service which will later also be taken advantage of by scammers. It will significantly have a negative feedback effect on this forum. It is true, this should totally be discouraged.

In fact, it is quite the opposite. before the introduction of the merit system, members such as V3rtigo, didn't have to offer this service to others. All they had to do was to create as many accounts as they could, reach enough activity (higher ranks) then use them to participate in campaigns. This is no longer possible thanks to the merit system which made ranking up harder especially for account farmers.

I'm sure there are many others who offer this same service but they do it off-forum because they know it's frowned upon.

This offer is certainly very risky, he can become a blackmailer one day. If he wasn't stupid enough, he could keep the proof of the deal then threaten to reveal it even if there was no breach of contract. Or due to certain circumstances (forced), he can insert the copied post/text spinner result which results in the account being banned.

It would be. When a newbie creates a topic like any illegal service and that is self moderated topic we should not desire that the post/posts against that user will not be deleted. All the posts which will be against V3rtigo will be deleted by V3rtigo.

Look at this situation from the other side. Who will use his service? Initially, this sounds very “noble”, but if a person cannot publish their messages required by the company's signature quota, and chooses the services of a double, he becomes an accomplice of deception. He takes somebody's place, another reason.
His very service of this virtue is already suspicious, you should not even write in his topics, no matter how good he is like a poster or bad. The manager selects one participant, and then another writes for him. Both are worthy of a negative tag.
There have been and there will be scammers, but self-moderation screams about fraud based on the first text in the topic.

it is obvious that he has 5 or 6 more alt accounts, which he does not want to expose publicly so as not to be negatively tagged. If you have enough time and will, you can try to contact them on Telegram with an offer for cooperation. maybe he'll reveal the accounts he's using in this spam service. I did it a long time ago offering ANN bump service - 7 accounts connected

Yes, I am a hero member and I don't have alt accounts. With the current pandemic and unemployment I have more time to spend here in the forum and having only 1 hero member account that is currently participating in signature campaign is not enough, so instead of creating new account or having multiple accounts I have decided to look for someone who needs posts and I'm going to provide it.

About the self-moderated topic and deleting of posts, I already told in my previous post that I want to make my service announcement thread clean as much as possible and I still provide the archive of the topic so anyone can see what's the deleted posts or the unedited posts.

About scam accusation. I understand that you are protecting others from scammers but I just want to let you know that I have no interests in scamming others for just a few bucks and I want to work in long term with this setup and earn profit.

About the "blackmailing" I understand your point but I have no interest in blackmailing others for few dollars all I want is a fair exchange service. I think it is just fair and right that I can reveal their usernames if they managed to take advantage on me and create a scam accusation against them?

It can be more than just "a few dollars" for higher ranked accounts and it may be repeated until the accumulated losses actually exceed the campaign's revenue limit. Just like those of you who don't offer this service from the main account, I think you also understand that the reputation of the account is considered very valuable which cannot be entrusted to others let alone exchange it for money. And you will do anything to defend it even if you are blackmailed.

I admire your honesty but you have nothing to lose and everything to lose for your client if they are exposed you can create a false accusation and blackmail them that they will be exposed if they do not pay more, you can have 5 to 20 red tags and that will not matter, but a hero member exposed by hiring you that means wasting so many years to build a higher rank, your words is not a guaranty that you will not harm them unless your client knows your real account and rank to make it even.

All the posts you make do not benefit anyone except that they will only meet the weekly posting requirements that the campaign requires. These are all spam or shitposts so they are completely pointless as they will eventually be reported and deleted. If you have the time to create high-quality posts on topics you are interested in, why not do it yourself for your account instead of opening the service to other users?

Why it must be signature campaign? There are so many work that suited with your skills, I don't believe if you don't have any skills besides writing about gambling and altcoins. With such fee you charge about your services and some criteria that can make someone have problem in the future, I don't think there's a person willing to use your service besides 1xbit. They don't care anything with their accounts and they can just scammed you.

Yes of course it would be hard for them to trust me since I am using an alt account and I cannot reveal my account to offer my service because I know how this will end (Based on my 8 years experience here in the Bitcointalk) Some DT or user will ask for my service and ask for my identity for security then reveal it in order to stop this kind of service and to ruin my reputation.

I know that many people will not going to trust me at first but just like what I have said what I want is to earn profit from honest work and I did not wish to become a blackmailer or scammer. Actually, I already have 3 clients aside from the new one and I am working with these users for quite some time now but since I can produce more post and need more income I tried to look for other clients and I just couldn't find a job right now since I need to pay (something personal) first.

I don't think the posts I am producing are low quality (spam) or shit posts since if these are the posts I am producing then it would just double my job by covering the previous deleted posts for my clients. All of my posts are on point and on topic and most of all neutral.

Of course I know that multiple account is allowed but never let them join in the same campaign but way back before, I haven't considered having multiple accounts since I am contented with one signature campaign and have a stable job but things goes worst when the pandemic comes where it affects my job.

This is the only thing I know that I can do for now and I believe that this kind of service is not illegal and I know that I can offer honest work with this kind of setup

I saw that this kind of service was offered several times on the forum, and maybe 2-3 years ago I received a private message from a member who offered the same thing.  This is nothing new, everything that can be monetized in any way will be offered on the forum, whether it is the sale of accounts, merits, fake feedback, or shilling of various services.

Technically, you have at least one alt account (the one you're writing from now). And as for your service, in my opinion, it is not something that should be considered good behavior on the forum, because it is just one way to make someone what he/she is not. Every account on the forum should be unique, have their own background and attitude, no one should do it on behalf of others, especially not for profit.

What you do is not explicitly forbidden (as far as I know) but it puts you in the category of those who use the forum exclusively for their financial needs, and the forum is no profit machine (at least not for some of us).

You should have not created a self moderated service for this type of illegal task. If we consider the posting service as legal then still you have done wrong as your topic is self moderated and you have deleted those post/posts which goes against you.
