Welcome back, we were starting to get worried about you (well, probably not, just seems like a nice thing to say).
Do you happen to have personal experience with the "mindictments"?
Thanks for pointing out my typo. I'll change it shortly..
Few people who are named on an indictment don't have some kind of knowledge that it might be coming. Either they have received other documents from authorities. Or they know that their group is being watched.Almost nobody gets indicted out of the blue.
The point is that if they have strong feelings that their jig us up, they prepare ahead of time with paperwork that takes them out of indictment way.
The best paperwork that I know of is from the Gemini Group. What it does is to set up one or more private persons with your name. These persons all owe you ridiculous sums of money. You record these persons by document with the secretary of state of your state.
What does this do for you? The State knows that there are these persons. You have signed thee docs as a man, not as the person listed on the doc. Authorities are generally instructed by their attorneys to drop the case before they get into trouble. What trouble? A man or woman who understands law is way more powerful than a person that has your name.
What does that have to do with my indictments? There aren't any that I know of, because I have used this thinking to stop the processes long before they gets to the indictment stage.
