EVERATH
SMART ANTI-DUMP SYSTEM

In Everath, each purchase and sale of the token emits an event that is then intercepted by an oracle, which constantly analyzes the market price, then constantly registering the maximum price and from there, establishes a dynamic support of 15% on said price. If the price falls below the support level stated above, it activates a system called the "Permanence Award". This system assigns a penalty fee of 35% on the total number of tokens to be transferred (only applied towards sales) that is fully distributed to the holders.

Furthermore, in order for the "Permanence Award" system to be deactivated, the price must reach the value of the last registered All Time High or ATH. This phase is known as the "Rank Recovery Phase" and should not last more than one week. If the price does not recover the last ATH within that period, the value of the price at the time of expiration of the term is marked as the reference value of ATH causing the deactivation of the "Permanence Award" system and calculating a support based on said price. This execution of expiration cannot occur more than twice consecutively and automatically. However, in the event that it must be executed a third consecutive time, a decentralized vote is carried out by the project's holders that will define whether to either extend the period for one more week or to deactivate the system.

The standard token fee is always 2% for purchase  and 2% for sale (outside the "Rank Recovery Phase"). To give a break down of the percentage in both cases, 1% is exchanged into BNB within the contract and is sent to the oracle wallet to meet and cover gas fees in transactions and the remaining 1% is automatically distributed amongst holders.
