I think you won't find developers sooner or later in this board which this board is mostly for launching new gambling platforms but if you move this to gambling discussion then you can start discussing about what you are looking for a developer and yet still not the right board so, better move this thread in gambling discussion section. Anyway, try looking for developers in service board which is the right board in my opinion. There are different services there for gambling sites or gambling platform. Good luck finding a developer.

You would probably be more successful for looking for a developer if you post this in services as a hiring post. The developers frequent those subforums a bit more frequently, looking for jobs like this. This subforum is for gambling discussion, so while you could find some online gambling casino experts here who can advise you on how to develop your dice game, you probably wont find actual coders.
