Although I am not saying that this is bad advice or good advice, I wonder if you are qualified to offer such advice in light of my observation mentioned above? I wonder if you have any experience in this area?

The starting line of your post is very ambiguous, especially checking the rank you fall in, and obviously not necessarily important to add to your post, and please can you explain what you mean by CRUISE you used in your context.
Regardless in everything that involves investment requires high level of research and years many projects will not be here for long we still have some which will.

That's fact.

The same goes to the past projects that have been the craze in the market through ICOs and other ways of investing that has been launched and hyped.

That's why if a newbie looks to a greater future with his journey on this market. Do not hesitate and don't forget to own bitcoin. Many of these projects would go to zero but bitcoin will remain the strongest.

😳 with just two posts to your credit, you're equally a newbie too (at least on this account). A newbie advising other newbies and the entire bitcointalk community sounds hilarious to me. Anyway, that said. I want to concur with you on the fact that a few years down the line from now some of the projects coming up will be long gone. I've witnessed that happen, and it won't be anything new if it does again. History has a way of creating a deja vu. Already, if we are observant we would've noticed that some of the tokens/coins that made the top 20 list on the crypto market in 2020/2021 are not that so at the moment. There has been a realignment sort of. Who knows before the next four years, some may have even dropped off the radar and completely varnished.

Many coin are solely developed for the pump and dump arithmetic. For some projects driven by hype it's just best to join at it's early stages take the profit available and take a bow. Of  a truth most projects will completely go into extinction in few years so joining the early birds and evacuating with the slightest profit is best option in trading with hype driven project. Researching can tell a whole lot about a project and how long it has stayed in the market along side it's purpose and reason for it's hike

Yes thats true. Its not that they dont want to stay but if the market isnt on their favor then they got no where else to go but just die and stop the project. Im afraid the ratio is really high for this. Like 90% they die and only 10% survive and thats already happening in the crypto market. Newbies should learn to recognize this and dont dwell on it more in the future.

4 years is too long. You should note further that most of last year's defi projects are now useless because they were pumped too high at the start of the launch. And I got the surprising fact that the project founders are actually just dreamers with good concepts but don't have a developer base, they just hire external developers on certain contracts. Until it was time for the developer to stop working and go elsewhere.

Projects probably either die after a few months, couple of years, 4+ years or are walking dead which will have revivals after completion of a big bear market. Unfortunately, if their teams are incapable of develop their projects well with excellent products, their efforts to revive their projects will be only to catch attention and pump their coins when the market is bullish. They take advantage of a bullish trend in order to get profit again. Regarding to future of such coins, from my experience, it's not good.

Four years is a long time, in 2018 many projects started going down after few months and same thing will happen, not every new projects can survive once bear market starts, only those who haven't experienced a bear market will say otherwise it's a cold season for every single crypto projects at the time.

Yes, this is the world of the crypto industry, where there are projects that are like trash that end up being shit projects, scams. And you are right, in fact, many altcoins died after listing on several exchanges, initially experiencing a decrease in volume, market cap, and liquidity, then they were also delisted from the exchanges. Until finally they become dead coins.
It may not be easy to find which projects will last a long time and which are short-lived projects. But at least, stay away from projects that only rise because of the hype, this is very, very dangerous and high risk.

To a certain extent, if you are a newbie, it is none of your business to play with altcoins. That's like playing with fire. That's actually courting risk. Altcoins come and go; they're short-lived. So if you are a newbie, go straight with Bitcoin. Keep it while learning the dynamics of the bigger crypto market. Sooner or later, you'll understand how the market works and may experiment with altcoins. However, perhaps generally, even among old-time crypto fans, new projects don't bring much excitement anymore. As you've said, most of them are only created to farm dollars.

Worse shit. I have invested in a project that never made it to an exchange and the team just deleted its social media accounts. If I have kept the ETH back in 2018, it is worth 5x today. Newbie or not could potentially be scammed because developers are so bold. It wouldn't even take 4 years for the project to be dead. The Bitconnect investors are not even funded today because those investors although they are publicly known. You will have to spend more money to sue them abroad.
