Such projects usually only generate sales and are then listed on the exchange. after that only 1 or 2 updates were done. once they can make a profit secretly selling their tokens on the exchange then disappearing.
there will be no future developments or updates. even the first year after the project resulted in sales. they can just disappear.

I also took a look at this project and it really looks similar to some other metaverse projects, at the moment there is too much hype about metaverse and it's really hard finding something good that can benefit us users/players!

This project is audited by Certik, CEX partner is HotBit exchange and if all that is real maybe this project can be something as Imran says, but I will wait a bit before trying them, the thing with all these projects is that they don't have a product, they have presales and sales but I don't see
anything concrete! So investing in them can be considered as high risk! I will add this project to my follow list, and I see some progress in the next weeks/months I will think about trying what they have to offer!

I think you are in the right direction with the metaverse and GameFi, its a rising industry and has a lot of really cool projects. Im currently into playing some P2E games with AXIE and invested in a project called ENGN, they make blockchains that can be used on existing games, and that sounds like a cool concept to me. They had a cool gameplay trailer for a unreal engine game, you could check it out.
You can also take a look at some DeFi projects, DeFi is really hot right now, it just makes sanse to stake some of your portfolio to let it increase. You can try out SushiSwap, Fantom or ReFi. And by try out i mean research, never go in blind.
