Unfortunately, I didn't click on the link provided in OP but accessed your website by typing the address (wowcasino.com) manually on the address bar then created my account. Does this mean that am not eligible for the 100% deposit bonus?
Can I simply abandon this account and create a new one via the shortened link, wouldn't it be considered as a violation of your ToS?
Also, if someone claims the deposit bonus, what's the wagering requirements to be able to make a withdrawal? I didn't find the answer for this question on your FAQ.

I tried to register using the link above and it works fine. I tried browsing the casino and found the minimum withdrawal of $100. As other posters suggest that it can be scaled back. I think everyone also agrees on this, regarding the minimum withdrawal above $50 is too large, especially with $100 it would clearly be very unethical for us to bet very comfortably.

I did it on different browsers but the same problem has been existing and on Firefox it says that the server was not found. Do you have some countries that you restrict from accessing your casino?

My internet is doing fine and it has a fast speed so I think that's not the issue.

Maybe your server blocks specific countries from accessing your server. Take a look in that and as you've said, I may try to access with the link that you're saying.

I also tried this one already but seems I still have the same problem. I also tried other browsers and the result is also the same where I can't access the site stating that there might be a typo plus I don't have problem with the Internet connection (wifi) as it is fine. Did some research and found some mixed reviews related to your site. Personally, I like the ANN presentation and the site design though the requirement to sign-up in order to access the site needs to be scrapped asap.

Yes some other few members have complain about the site being un accessible to them but I think the problem is from those users internet/browser connection so try getting a good connection and try again it will works.

My country isn't in the restricted counties so I should be good. That link you've given was also the link that's on the first page's image and it still doesn't work for me.

I guess you have to contact your web developer and tell them that some users have problems accessing the website. I'm not from any restricted country, I've used different browsers and still, no can do.

For now, i'll try to use different browsers that I use as of now and see if I can access the site using the link your provide and accessing it using the direct link to your site with vpn and no vpn.

This didn't work for me, I've used 4 browsers and all of them said the same problem.

There is one more thing you might do for reference or maybe just do a comparison with the big casinos on this forum regarding minimum withdrawals. In my experience, some browser extensions will block such links (for example, various adblockers, or security extensions provided by antivirus software).
It would be better to stop using shortlink url redirects altogether and instead promote your site with a direct url. Making it easy for new customers to find you should be your top priority, right?

I don't think the problem is at their end. Most of the users who couldn't access the website are from the philippines which is not one of the restricted countries according to ToS. My guess is that the access to the casino is being blocked by ISPs, probably because of the word "casino" in the URL (dns filtering).

Can anyone confirm this by changing their DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google dns server) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare dns server) instead of the default one and see if this solves the problem.

Upon the "guessing" logic, I can access these casino websites even having the word "casino" in their domain names

^ Since you are talking here about a VPN, can we confirm to the OP if using VPN is allowed on this site?
I don't know what is your problem about accessing this site and I think if I am not mistaken you have come from the country of the Philippines right? which seems not included in the restricted country. Try to use other internet network providers, probably it was blocked by them if someone access gambling casino, but not sure about this. I just want to know about using VPN is allowed to casino to use.
