Okay, having thoughts of what khaled0111 mentioned, I have tried to put "dns.google"^[1] on Private DNS in my android phone and it works, but not the url from the OP which I guess something like bitly or a tracking URL for the clicks.

Let me put it more bluntly for you. You are free to use any means to access the site and play but we will block your account and confiscate your funds or void your winnings if you're caught playing from restricted regions.

So my guess was right! The problem was indeed due to dns filtering. Changing the dns server usually helps to bypass such restriction. Anyway, glad I could help  
And yes, you are right, the link in OP is a shortened URL which will probably help them track traffic. If you are interested in the welcome bonus, you better register via that link.

Well, Casinopedia looks legit.... but I am not an expert on Casino review sites.    I personally feel that the majority of these review sites are silently funded by the casinos that they review. (paid adverts etc.. etc.)

I would much rather believe the ratings from a public Poll on this forum, where reputable people from this community can vote on the performance of the casinos.
