DUELBITS.COM STOLE 545$ FROM ME PROOF

I have final proof this site is complete scam.

I made a deposit for 544 usd to bet to place a bet on a spefic sports game.

They blocked my bet so i tried to withdrawal and they blocked my withdrawal and said if I did not bet they would take my money because it was against they policy.

Then said I said if  they raise my limits i would love to bet and told them i wanted to bet  and then they said we lowed you limits on purpose and we wont raise it.

So they forced me to bet to or they would steal my money and not let me withdrawal.

Very simple they are a scam.

And they say its against there policy but its not in there TOS.

They just want to force me play till i loose. They never say how much i need to bet it just up to them.

I have placed plenty of bet on the site. Is not close to coin mixing . I had won some in past so they wanted to foce me to loose and steal my money.,

After being forced to bet i lost and now i am out 544 usd because they scammed me.

OP, sorry you had to go through this. I usually take the customer side but based on what you shared, I don't think duelbits were trying to scam you or steal your money.

Sports betting limits are a common thing among sportsbooks and casinos and the max bet you can make depends on many factors and it's determined by the sportsbook/casino based on different factors.

Regarding the wagering requirement, it's mentioned in their AML and KYC policies:

After a user deposits funds to Duelbits using any depositing option provided by the company, except CS:Go skins, there is a minimum percentage of the amount that must be wagered until a withdrawal for the said funds is requested.

But I agree with you, they had to mention how much you have to wager exactly before you become able to withdraw.

I haven't scanned their TOS, but I believe there must be reason why your account was given a limit.
As I understood it, you just deposited that $544, you aren't allowed to bet it all on a single bet (because of account limit sanctioned to you), you then play using it, then lost it all.
I understand that you played a lot before, but newly deposit and withdrawing it is really prohibited, you must know that in the very first place.

I played almost a whole year in Duelbits almost since they started and I didn't experience any serious issue.

He already has two threads about his issue, this is a case of a guy who cannot get over with his losses because of his ignorance and now creating FUD on one casino, he is so ignorant of the rules he thought he can use the casino to mix up his money, this guy is a newbie in gambling and is not aware or even reading the rules where he is playing.

this is what am thinking here also. because duelbits is a known reputable casino here holding a long running campaign in the forum. they wont screw a player by that amount as they are even paying their posters a lot more than that every week.
as you said, the OP may have no idea about wagering requirements of the casino, a common feature of most casinos to avoid abuse.
based from the chat log, the duelbits rep explained to him that he can't withdraw the amount without fulfilling the wagering requirement. and that's very clear. so there's no scamming here just cluelessness of the OP regarding casino operations.

I'm not particularly visited on gambling sections but based on the images shown on the OP above, it's not about scamming and I didn't see there's a scam that happened.  Let's draw and conclusion here since Op didn't respond to this thread.

Duelbits has on their term on wager policy when you deposited when you used this site it means you also agreed their term of use.  So, this isn't their fault because they already had their terms once you have deposited you can withdraw your fund back again when you achieved the wager requirements.

It might you lose all of it and now you called them a scammer.
Anyway, have you posted this to their announcement thread?

With the time Duelbits have spent on this forum ever since they launched their campaign they never had a negative record but if their TOS rules which led to the OP funds blocked is not amended and the actual amount which is their limits is not set another person will experience this issue in the future.
I hope one of their representatives will defend their stance about the OP accusation.

You must always understand terms and conditions of a casino before depositing your money. If they are unfavorable, you are free to look for another one. If you are not ready to place any bet in a casino. They why deposit there in the first place?

You had another complaint about them in Feb. I am not sure why you continued using the site, yet you were dissatisfied.

Those who supported Duelbits should tag this account for maliciously creating false accusations, he can't get over with his losses, casinos always remind their players to always play responsibly and follow the rules to safeguard their account, this user is not only not following the rules but he is not playing responsibly too, whatever casino he plays they will do the same thing if you are not following their rules.

Can you elaborate on this any? What event did you bet on, how much did you want to bet, was the bet accepted and then cancelled or was the bet not allowed to be placed at all?

If you tried to bet 100% of your deposit and the casino turned away your action, then I'd argue you met any wagering obligation. If you can prove that happened, I'd support a flag.

That said, the only reference to a wagering obligation I see on the duelbits.com site is the following:

Did they ask you for KYC documents and did you cooperate? I would ask them to point out the specific part of their agreement that they are trying to enforce. If it is this section, ask them to define "minimum percentage" and consider trying to meet that obligation. If you have provided KYC documents, then I'm having trouble seeing their position. I would consider supporting a flag based on this interpretation of their terms of service if you wanted to make that argument.

OP already lost the $500 he deposited, so he can't fulfill the wagering requirements anymore. I agree that Duelbits needs to be transparent regarding the percentage of a deposit that needs to be wagered. Saying only that "there is a minimum percentage that needs to be wagered" is not enough. What is the minimum? 10%, 20%, 50%...? And also, is the percentage the same if you deposit $100 as it would be if you deposited $10.000 in crypto?

The other thing I would like to know is why was the player's account limited? if what he is saying is true.

Based on the chat logs, everything seems ok. You deposited some money and tried to withdraw it immediately. The casino refused to do that and claimed your coins. After you talked with the support, your money was returned to you. You gambled and lost. No scam there whatsoever. The only unclear situation to me is the betting limit that was placed on your account and why they did that.
