Is there anything I can do if I have the address of this wallet?
Probably not. The address on its own tells you nothing. The best you can do is wait for your coins to move out of this address and then try to track where they end up. This address has previous received and sent a transaction, so
someone knows the private key.
Can't I get my money back? The address is not attached to my wallet...
Not unless you figure out who owns that address and ask them to send it back to you. If you are sure you didn't copy and paste it yourself from somewhere other than your Electrum wallet (another wallet, website, exchange, etc.), then the answer is most likely that you have clipboard malware on your device and your coins are permanently lost.
