The first domain of the site was dota2.run, which was registered on 12.12.2020, after the Russian RKN ban was made a new domain. Deposits and withdraws stats for 1 year and 3 months working site:

The site has two languages. Since I am from Ukraine, the default is the Russian language, many places where added English, but unfortunately I have not translated everywhere into English.
In the first screenshot column you can see deposits today, in second column - deposits in 7 days, in third column deposits in month, in fourth column deposits all time. And in the second line it's about withdraws: today, 7 days, month, all time.

As you can see, a little more than 1 year was earned $ 11.286, if you subtract the withdrawals that were made, clear money it's: $10,659.
As a gift is also a domain: dota2.casino, which was also bought but not used, it goes as a redirection to the main domain.

Even if it is true that he is the owner of the Dota gambling site, I think the casino has been sold. So he didn't come back to the forum again. Leaving only obscure traces.

Nothing has been sold yet. As I reported earlier, I live in Ukraine, where there is a war going on and I often have no Internet, because the fiber optic cables are damaged or the Internet is just plain jammed. The site will be useless, or lesser in value if OP will drop the existing data records of the site. For a person who need financial assistance amidst in a war to live in a safer placer I'll bet OP needs larger money so its dropping existing records is highly unlikely.

I do not think that removing the database which includes all needed information from their users will happen. Most probably the OP includes the database already. If some users will be removed, probably those are the current admins that knows the credentials of those admin accounts as the new owner might appoint other person for the job by creating new admin account.
And I believe it is not a good idea starting from zero users since there are already users that are existing and playing.

I do not think that removing the database which includes all needed information from their users will happen. Most probably the OP includes the database already. He wants to sell this site in order to move to a safer country. I understand how bad his current situation is, but he must also understand that there must be a business environment for those who will buy this website. Regarding fair play, I unfortunately could not come up with anything, because I'm not a mathematician and no serious knowledge of formulas, but in Crash mode generation of X goes as follows:

We generate 2x numbers from 0 to 100,000,000. In response, we receive the 2 requested numbers.
The first number in the sequence is used to determine if the round should crash from x1.00 to x1.03 or not (approximately 10% chance).
The second number is what determines the final multiplier at which the round crashes (for more details, see the formula below).

The formula is as follows:
