Hello there, I cannot find informations on your site about the house edge of your house games , may you please address me to them?
I tried to scan with their Terms of Service, FAQs and some pages, did not find anything about their house edge. No information from BTCGOSU review. The team are right one to answer you about this because it is their business. If anyone can make a thread like this Overview of Bitcoin Accepting Sportsbooks (with margin/house edge comparisons) but for non sportsbooks, it will be very helpful. |

Just a suggestion: put those information somewhere between FAQ or each specific game rules sections or somewhere easy to check for your users not to look like you are not being transparent, whilst instead you show great professionalim here on forum. @Starbets, will you go add livechat soon? I tried your chat with bot recently but that didn't give me any insights and having a livechat is an important feature to keep costumers happy.
Hi babygun! We have live chat support for more than a year now. At first, click on help and write to the bot. A button named "Get In Touch" will appear and you have to click on it. Then you will have to click on live chat and it will ask for your name, email, and message. After filling them, click on Start Chat.
