They have been on this forum for three years now. The reason you didn’t notice them is probably that they are not very active. I checked OP’s last posts, and they are mainly about updates and promotions. There is a lack of interaction with forum members (they used to be very responsive in the early days).

Regarding their terms, I couldn’t find anything about their license, so I assume they don’t have one (not sure about this) and that’s why they don’t restrict any countries!

By the way, I had a tough time reading their terms (on mobile) because the text is too small and couldn’t zoom in.

Right, we allow players from all over the world. No matter where you come from, you can play at StarBets. However, the game providers have some geo-restrictions and you may not be able to access some games from your region. We do not control that.

If you claimed your casino accommodates gambler's from every part of the world I hope you know that there are countries with restrictions on gambling and you allowing access these countries nationals means you violating their laws and do you not think it would backfire if the government comes after your casino? Not only that, if a gambler uses VPN to gamble and it is discovered by the game provider that does render services to that country, do you not think it would be an issue irrespective of the fact that you are open to all nations ?

I will suggest you visit your ToS and do a review on it as it kind of looks outdated.
