Is it time to buy Bitcoin or not? (15th March)

Hello I'm not in trading and i don't know when to buy BTC or when to sell it.
I am not a chart guy , please Help me , write your recommendation or tell me when to buy bitcoin these days!

You are the perfect one to follow the DCA strategy. If you don’t know when to buy, you should buy BTC following the DCA method which has been so far effective & profitable if someone has followed for quite long time. We are still in the beginning of the new blockchain world. Its never too late here, you can still buy some and thank yourself later. The market has been down since the start of this year, so it's better for you as after a few months its definitely going up.

You should also be clear with your purpose to buy BTC, is it for investing or trading or security? It will help you analyse your financial needs and risk tolerance.

I think if we buy Bitcoin right now we might fall into a loss so we must be patient now when the price of Bitcoin goes down further and then the price is more likely to go up then we must buy Bitcoin

It’s always time to buy bitcoin. If you don’t care about the $ exchange rate then it’s always time to buy. The $ & all fiat currencies are crumbling in front of our eyes. Inflation & state money printing is tearing peoples lives apart. The cost of living is soaring, bitcoin is a lifebelt, take it, you won’t regret it.
