Bitcoin has fast become the most sought after crypto trade and is being accepted gradually as a legal tender in some parts of the world and countries. Recently, El Salvador announced it's decision to accept it as a legal tender and has set the ball rolling.
 Paraguay is one of those countries who feel they are worthy enough to be a crypto hub to investors and developers of the world and subsequently be placed among those on the cutting edge of digital tech.
 Politician and BTC enthusiast, Carlitos Rejala believes they too can borrow a leaf from El Salvador by making their state BTC friendly and also states the necessity of a bill legalizing BTC as a tender is so they can take charge of their transactions and also promote the various sectors of their economy.

Leaving aside the funny part of the topic thanks to your answer, we will have to see if there is one finally becoming the crypto hub or will there be in this a sort of decentralization with various locations attracting crypto companies and not just one that attracts the majority.

Feelings are just a motion. To run the bitcoin through their country they will need peeps mindset, optimum infrastructure and proper governing bodies to see how bitcoin's working for them. Many businesses do not accept the bitcoin till date. I am not sure whats the situation in the Paraguay but if as common person I am going to spend the bitcoin then it would be mostly on my purchases made locally, transports, etc.

When we say Crypto Hub, then its big word and big world itself. Hub would be something where I wont be worried about where to invest, where to spend and where to buy my crypto when I am standing in the Paraguay.

Not sure, El Salvador is perfect success; but things are still in pipeline!

Did El-Salvador became the global crypto hub despite adding bitcoin as a legal tender within their country? Nope! I don't see Paraguay as well in the league. Especially when a presidential candidate is only has a feeling for it. Nothing has been materialized yet. So in order to get it materialized, a long way has to be covered.

With the new presidential executive order recently passed in US, I see US becoming the global hub for crypto. The chances are much higher for US considering the availability of funds and talents and a positive atmosphere to start a business.

To me I think this is just a politically motivated move since Calito is aspiring to become Paraguay president in 2023 this statement is aimed at securing votes from Bitcoin lovers, well in as much as he will make Paraguay become a Bitcoin hub what about the parliaments are their also ready to make laws that will make Bitcoin a legal tender just like El Salvador or just want to make Paraguay a just Bitcoin-friendly country were only Bitcoin activities will be allowed but Bitcoin will not be accepted as a legal tender.
