But these shortcut activities are easily caught by the community members. The allegations against them should have been dealt with in the right way if they were a really trusted company. But they may not think that such low-level measures will lead them to a worse reputation. What good can be expected from those who create new accounts and write positive reviews?

Bumped a thread of false advertisement of last year @ 01:54:24 by saying absolutely nothing relevant and then went offline. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve but surely this thread is not giving good image Lucpey, so bumping it is doing more harm than good to Lucpey.

I reported that post to the moderators, who obviously deleted it immediately.
From time to time, they (Lucpey) open a new account and try to shill for this service. I also wonder why there is a bumped thread where there is a scam accusation against that service. It is obvious that they do not understand many things when it comes to online business.

We would like to iterate once again that we at BestChange have no business with Lucepay, they are not listed on our website and we cannot provide any information about this exchanger.

And they are trying to use you logo or Avatar to create popularity to themselves without the permission from you guys. That is a very big crime in the business law. You can't use another person company name to advertise your services because if anything happens to the company the advertised companies will also be held responsible. Unless the advertised companies give you the permission to do show and for that the company must have a share of it. So I advise Best_Change to PM the company to disclaim their name from their website. Because it is too dangerous for them to keep their name there without doing anything.
