"We have since the last update continued to improve our design and specification of the Titan scrypt miner. We are therefore very happy to reveal that the minimum specification of Titan will be 250 MH/s. Our Scrypt miner will be able to run on an 800 - 1000 watt power supply.
As we give all our performance increases for free we will of course not be increasing the price and all already paid customers will automatically receive the updated performance.
We reserve the right to overachieve our current specifications in the future.

Litecoin difficulty was doubled since starting of March, i guess someone already have his ASIC's plugged in. ASIC manufacturer usually mine with their customer's machine for a while before ship it to customers
