I bet that lead is just for the day, imagine the kind of stress you will get into setting up wallet changing all miner settings and pool to mine this coin and the next day it's no more the profitable one.. Better stay on a stable coins like ETH to mine.

Conflux and Sero (Zero) are both good coins for LHR cards they have no restrictions at all but ETH is profitable most times, you will need to be switching between these coins from time to time.

A minite of most profitable on a narrow spike is not most profitable.  Do that for a week, month, year.

No one will mine new shitcoins when the profit from mining ethereum is much greater. Also, the protection against a 51% attack on new shitcoins is incomprehensible, because they have a very small hash rate. Perhaps after Ethereum these coins will be popular with miners for some time.

If you have LHR RTX 3060 12GB cards, I recommend mining ETH+CFX with T-rex. You can get 20% more profit than ETH alone at a power limit of just 80%.

Minerstat can do this automatically, even though there are drawbacks to profit switching, especially on PPLNS pools.

This is just the normal pump and dump strategy trolls, they pump so much a coin that makes very profitable then people get in then they dump next few days later and then you lose time, money and who knows what more, not worth.
